Benambra Queenscliff in Queenscliff provides adults only accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. Loved the atmosphere and the charm of Benambra. Hosts Geoff and Anne were friendly and welcoming. The cooked breakfast and old world charm in exquisite settings were just what we needed. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
Just 5 minutes' walk from Queenscliff Train Station, this 2-bedroom, self-contained cottage features a fully equipped kitchen. This is a good little cottage in a great location. It is very quiet and the owners provide all you will need, plenty of towels, good breakfast provisions and other things
Located in quiet area within Queenscliff, Salt Loft is a self-catering accommodations with free WiFi and glimpses of Swan Bay. Salt Loft exceeds expectations, it's tucked away on the main street of Queenscliff but you wouldn't know it because it's so secluded, quiet and well looked after. All of the finishes, fixtures and fittings were incredibly high end (Sheraton beach towels were a nice touch!) and the welcome bottle of sherry and hamper of goodies was a beautiful touch. The gigantic bathtub and fully equipped kitchen were well used during out stay and I've already started recommending the property to friends and family.
Located 65 ft from the beach, the Point Lonsdale Apartments has large fully self-contained accommodations with a private balcony, BBQ facilities and garden views. Fantastic location, was easy to walk to the local cafes and a quick walk across the road to get to the beach! it was very comfortable, both rooms had comfy king size beds, the fireplace was both lovely and warm and beautiful to look at! and we really appreciated the bottle of milk that was left for us on arrival - meant we could have a cuppa straight away and relax after a long drive! We would definitely stay here again!
Abaleen House, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is located in Queenscliff, 20 miles from Geelong Train Station, 22 miles from North Geelong Train Station, as well as a 16-minute walk... We were greeted by Paul with keys who made us feel at home. The house was full of character and charm with modern kitchen and bathroom. It was quiet and peaceful and perfect in every way. Beds were very comfortable . The heating was excellent for the couple of cold evenings. Abaleen is few steps from main street and plenty of cafes and eateries. Would highly recommend Abaleen - will definitely return. Could not have asked for better place to stay.
Albion Cottage is a charming Victorian house set in a garden, in Queenscliff, 2 short blocks from the sea and close to the ferry and the start of the Great Ocean Road. The location was perfect, Deb was a wonderful and responsive host, and the cottage was beautifully-maintained, clean, and exactly as it appeared on the listing. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at Albion Cottage if they want the experience of stepping back in time in this lovely cosy house, and I already look forward to staying there again.
Main street shopping and the friendliness of the locals. While peak holiday season Queenscliff retained a village feel and tourist like us were made to feel welcome from the boutiques to the local bowling club! . Local galleries were very good
We have been in need for a short break for some time. Queenscliff was the right call for that. Plenty to see and there were good food options around the town. For food we recommend the Riptide Bistro at the Bowls Club. The meal was excellent. For touring we recommend the harbour lookout - but take the lift. Great views of Queenscliff and Swan Bay - also highly recommend the Maritime Museum. We had a great time there and learned much about the history of Queenscliff and enjoyed viewing the exhibits
Queenscliff is a lovely town which has managed to preserve the historic streetscape. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We visited local art galleries and shops, walked to the wharf area and up the observation tower, walked around town, watched a lovely sunset over Swan Bay. We visited the Sunday morning market - lots of yummy things to eat plus honey, jewellery, ceramics etc. Good range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed walks in the Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale areas. We'll be going back!
Queenscliff was beautiful and many good cafes and shops open despite Covid lockdown. Our guest house was very central so we were able to enjoy walking around the historic streets and lovely grand old guesthouses, It was also close to the beach where we walked on the sand and paddled in the sea. Continued on to the Marina to see a giant ray and a seal., amongst the luxury boats. Locals were friendly and excellent coffee to be had.
Very cute town, lots of lovely houses, nice beaches and several nice nearby towns to visit. Very quiet in the evenings - not a lot of places to eat (even on a Saturday night - strongly recommend making a booking somewhere in advance!).
Lovely historic town within an easy drive from Melbourne. Lots of choice for dining. Our favourite eating place was Salt Bush. The Bowling Club had amazing views and wholesome food. Make sure you visit the Maritime Museum, it had so much history, photos and artifacts about the area. The shopkeepers were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies as the Information Centre.

We really enjoyed our short getaway in Queenscliff. The room was super clean with a modern bathroom and the bed was super comfy. Located literally around the corner from the main street, it was very convenient. Also really liked the coded entry on the front door so we didn't need to worry about what time we arrived.
Hosts went out of their way to cater for us vegans. The cottage felt safe. It was a lovely comfortable cottage in a quiet location. Queenscliff township and a very nice little walk along the foreshore of Swan Bay were both within walking distance.
I chose Swansong because once up the front stairs, inside is all on one level which was important for my elderly mother. The position was excellent with lovely views and very close to all Queenscliff has to offer.
This property is perfect for a family wishing to stay in Queenscliff. Location is excellent. Facilities are excellent. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Queenscliff.
Ideally positioned in Queenscliff to do tour of Fort and close to street. Cottage is quirky and comfortable. Host made us most welcome and fresh flowers in the vase was a nice touch.
GREAT LOCATION BETWEEN QUEENSCLIFF AND POINT LONSDALE. LOTS OF WALKING TRACKS ACCOMODATION WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS, GREAT BLOCKOUT BLINDS.
Amazing location, walking distance to everything one wishes to see in lovely Queenscliff. HUGE house, comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone.
lovely location and nicely renovated hotel. The staff were so friendly and the location was excellent. I would highly recommend the hotel.
Lovely clean caravan park, just a little bit out of town , needed to drive . Everything else was very good.
Beautiful old style hotel with original features and in a lovely location in the centre of Queenscliff
Plenty of cafes in Queenscliff and surrounding areas. People very friendly.
