What a magnificent, grand old building....like stepping back in time. Fabulous room with a high ceiling, massive bed, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a great shower. The dining hall is a delight, as are the stained glass windows as you pass through from reception. Enjoy it!

Boasting a garden and water sports facilities, Seaview House is located in Queenscliff, 0.7 mi from Queenscliff Harbor and 12 mi from Fort Pearce. The room was large with a huge bathroom (With Tub). Located in quiet area within Queenscliff, Salt Loft is a self-catering accommodations with free WiFi and glimpses of Swan Bay. Great little place! My parter and I drove to Queenscliff after work, meaning we had to check-in quite late at night. Despite that, Fiona (the host) was very clear about what shops would still be open and how to access the property. Lovely design and very cosy too. Also loved the little gift basket. Will definitely return next time we're staying in the area!
We enjoyed our short stay in Queenscliffe, would have loved to stay longer but due to the Covid restrictions and that this was the last stop for this holiday, we had to return home. Will definitely be returning in the future
Great spot for a quick trip or a stop over before heading across the coast. Perfect for a weekend as has everything in close range so catch the ferry and leave the car at home. Little cafe by the ferry walk up to town is ace and so bloody friendly. Cold beers too.
Shops and galleries are great for looking and finding something a bit quirky to wear or for your home. Beach and parks are great for a walk and easy to access from main streets. Variety of eateries for all tastes and two icecreameries to choose from. Close enough to head towards Geelong to a winery.
I liked the fact we parked the car when we got there and we were able to walk everywhere or take the ferry across to Sorrento. Love the peace and serenity of a country town, Queenscliff Is one of these towns. We ate Dinner at Circa 1902 which the food was fantastic. We also ate dinner at Cliffe’s Cafe & Pizza the pizza was fabulous. Would love to come back with friends when more attractions open.
I like the style of the old buildings, the history of the town. It has lots of little cafes and art shops. It has plenty of walking tracks and the beach. The Ferry is an attraction to see it coming and going or to go on as foot passenger for yourself. It's not far to Point Lonsdale to see the lighthouse.
Queenscliff is a lovely place - people are very friendly. Beaches were great. We had many walks & my son did a lot of fishing at the boat ramp & the peir. Many things to see & do but also nice just to relax & have a quick getaway
