Always clean comfortable and we have stayed with them many times over the last few years for work and for relaxation when catching up with family locally. The whole location is quiet and generally peaceful, with beautiful views close by. We recommend the Outlook as a place to stay both for work and for a short break. The hosts are friendly helpful and accommodating and we always appreciate our stay there.
*If you have difficulty with mobility the shower over the bath might be your only challenge. As the step could feel wide and high. They do have a grab rail built in too.

This one bedroom house on a beautiful vineyard is stunning...the views amazing and very comfortable we really enjoyed it. Close to Launceston on the river. Very close to shopping and amenities. Had a wine tasting too. Very relaxing and great amenities.

You definitely need a car to get anywhere. No bus stop until the next town down. Amazingly fresh air - if you usually live in Sydney, you'll feel the difference for sure. Beautiful to drive around.

It was convenient to Launceston without being too close. Relaxed atmosphere and stunning scenery and views. Close proximity to many wineries and cellar doors. Shopping centre a few minutes away for supplies and a good selection of restaurants nearby as well

It was by far the our favourite place to stay at while we toured around Tasmania. The view was spectacular as soon as we walked into the chalet. It was such a lovely place to be at. This is a lovely place to stay, the views are beautiful. We had a lovely meal at the Hotel one night. We were picked up and went on an all day Winery tour which we really enjoyed, we had such a good lunch and then another platter later in the day, we didn't need to go out that night! Rosevears is a very handy place to stay for all sightseeing around the Tamar Valley.LOISAustralia

The view over the vineyards to the Tamar was great. The property was close to Launceston restaurants and closer to Rosevears and to Timbre. We will be going back.
