The property is stunning and the room we stayed in was so homey and comfortable. Very comfy bed and a neat little kitchen with all the coffee and tea supplies you could want. Kim was very welcoming and helpful. Breaky was delicious - I'm not going to spoil what it was! Will be back for certain.

Beautifully appointed apartment...comfy bed....fluffy towels, ...shower products were an added bonus....well appointed kitchen...and spectacular views over the vineyard and surrounding area. Nothing disappointed us...it was all fabulous. Close to shops, many wineries and berry orchards. No hesitation in highly recommending Seville Estate Appartments.

Absolutely wonderful! The Villa is spacious, well designed and comfortable. The setting is outstanding, surrounded by tree ferns and tall eucalyptus framing a superb, long distance view. The large veranda was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As an added bonus, colourful Rosellas, and King Parrots were attracted to the feeder which the host had supplied with seed. Amenities inside the Villa were outstanding and top quality. Thoughtful touches and welcoming messages from the host made this luxurious stay complete.

    Brilliant location, amazing views of the lake and vineyard. We spent the day at a winery and enjoyed making dinner in. The villa was fully equipped. We stayed in Winter and the heating was great. Super warm and cozy.

    Homestead is not connected or close to the other single-bedroom apartments. I booked all accom for a wedding for other family members and didnt realise that they were not close to each other or in the same complex. Didnt matter really, but had to plan which cars/stuff goes where. Homestead is a gorgeous 4-bed house, nicely renovated and great for entertaining - big sunny decks/seating areas and large dining table. Great kitchen - loved the kitchen. View is beautiful too from every window.

    A great short trip away, could easily have spent a few more...

    A great short trip away, could easily have spent a few more days there but our schedule didn't allow. I would note that if you are going mid week there aren't tons of places open for food nearby (eg wineries etc) so if that is what you are keen on I would go closer to the weekend or search and book in advance.

    Dalblair Bed & Breakfast is such an enchanting and gorgeous...

    Dalblair Bed & Breakfast is such an enchanting and gorgeous property nestled in the hills of Seville in Melbourne. My best friend and I booked a girls' staycation and we loved every minute of our stay! The Garden View Suite was so lovely and decorated so tastefully in French contemporary style, the breakfast that Kim (Dalblair host) provided was simply divine! She made homemade croissants for breakfast including granola, berries, and a really delicious yoghurt with OJ. Everything was perfect and it was absolutely wonderful to enjoy a peaceful evening and then wake up to the magnificent views the next morning. We will definitely be returning with our respective husbands soon! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND your next staycation be at Dalblair Bed & Breakfast. Kim is such a friendly and lovely host! THANK YOU, Kim for your excellent hospitality! :o)

    No recommendation for family gateway. There is NO FREE WIFI. No proper information on the place and surroundings before checked-in or while on your stay. Not good welcoming ettiquetes. Did not get the message or email regarding check-in and check-out details. The building by itself is so beautiful and the Seville town is a nice town. Very expensive for a weeknight ($1000 per night). SAD :(

    This property has beautiful views and is just a skip away from the town of Seville. We stayed in a lovely French-styled room, with kitchenette and lounge. Everything was perfect. Had an amazing breakfast. Kim is such a thoughtful owner and has her heart in the property. She went above and beyond. We were walking the Yarra Rail Trail and arrived on foot. Kim kindly offered to collect dinner for us in town. So grateful and felt so cared for.

    Beautiful property, with stunning views over the ranges. Breakfast was excellent, and communication with the host Kim was prompt and easy. The apartments have plenty of space and make for a relaxing stay. Short drive into Seville for coffee / supplies.

    This is my third stay at Seville Estate - I’ve tried all the apartments. It was lovely and clean as always; easy check in; heater did a great job; bed was firmer this time; nice place for relaxing with the sounds of the dam.
