Gallery Motel is located in Murwillumbah, in the Tweed Valley close to area beaches, the rainforest and Mount Warning. The motel features free WiFi access. Gallery Motel is a Mediterranean-style... We were met in reception and were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good size, clean and had facilities for us to get our own breakfast and feel comfortable. It was near enough to town without being in the 'thick of things'.We were told that if we needed anything to just ask which made us feel very at ease. Would definitely stay again if ever we are in that area again.
Located in The Pocket in the New South Wales region, The Den of the Treehouse, KINABALU Farm has a patio and sea views. The holiday home features garden views and is 8.7 mi from Brunswick Heads. We had the best time at the treehouse, very peaceful place with a great view.
Very peaceful and a great getaway for couples! It wasn’t far at all to travel to Murwullimbah and to Tyalgum, which had a great range of shops and a gorgeous little cafe. We did the Mt Warning Sunrise Hike which was beautiful! I would love to spend more time with my partner on the great little getaway.
The best thing about Uki is it's proximity to Mt Warning and the beautiful rainforest surrounding the village. The shops are also quaint and good for all basic requirements. It has a couple of the best restaurants in the area nearby on the Mt Warning turnoff rd.
The fresh air is amazing 🙂 Tried out the local pub for dinner there meals are so big and yummy and not over priced. Really really good. Kids loved Mt Warning rainforest bush walk very easy beautiful walk for little ones..
We came to trek Mount Warning. The town was very clean and green. It had a rainforest feel due to wet weather. Great little town to go bushwalking, sightseeing, trekking, to relax, star gaze or just disconnect from the busy city life.
Beautiful pristine environment. The Daintree of the south. Tranquility personified. Heaps to do including climb Mt Warning at Sunset or sunrise, visit Margaret Ollie gallery - free entry, drop in at stokers siding to the gallery, have a beer and dinner at the Uki Pub.
Uki was a quick stopover on a longer trip for us, but is worthy of a longer stay. The area offers plenty of pleasant walks or a challenging climb up Mt Warning and is very close to Tweed Regional Gallery and Margaret Olley Art Centre.
Great location, owners very friendly and helpful, beautiful chalet
