Clean, comfortable quiet room and excellent breakfast.

Super close to ING Arena, perfect location when you attend an event nearby. Easy check-in process via whatsapp.

The staff was always friendly and they allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was spotless when we arrived and it was cleaned every day - we loved that! Bonus: we always got some cookies with our coffee at the bar :)

Super comfort bed, spacious room.

My wife and I loved everything about the Hotel Expo. The staff, the room, services, breakfast, FREE car park. Everything was Great. Also an elevator to the floors. Although the hotel is outside of Brussels Centro area. the walk to the Metro is 5 minutes to either the Tram or Metro itself. About 4-5 bistros & restaurants close by. Nice quiet residential area.

Super friendly reception staff who embraced everyone going to the BTS concert. Shower was great and comfortable room.

Kindness of the staff and cleanliness

Cleanliness, great breakfast, attention to detail in the room, everything you need. Everything is well thought out and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with a heavy blanket

The reception was amazing. We really loved how she took care of us. AC was not working tho and it was an extremely hot week.

Very comfortable, easy to find, convenient location

Everything was perfect! The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early, which was amazing as we were able to enjoy our stay more. The spacious room, super-comfortable bed and marvellous view. They were very nice to prepare a bed and bowls for my dog. The hotel is no more than a 5-minute walk from Brussels North station, which is also a great point. The rooftop restaurant is a must!

Everything was excellent! Rooms, facilities, breakfast and Parking!

Very central location to the tourist areas of Brussels. Was also right at a metro station, and also only a 5 min walk to Gare du Nord if you wanted to take trips to Bruges and other areas quickly.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere and a beautiful, unique interior. Friendly lovely staff. Excellent, really versatile and delicious breakfast. Precious coffee machine and mini fridge in the room. The location is well suited for both walking and public transportation, as the city center is nearby and the metro station is right next door.

Very nice hotel. Its not exactly in the center of the city, but the location is not bad. I definitely would book this hotel again.

Very spacious room and friendly staff. Included breakfast was nice.

Great two level room, very close to the Brussels Expo area and a great lebanese restaurant across the street. Staff was very helpfull at breakfast to assist my wife to find allergen free options.

My boyfriend and I loved everything during our stay from the quiet area, the history of the building, the friendly staff, excellent breakfast and cleanliness.

Good location, 35 mins by direct bus to the airport

Very modern design, beautifully decorated. About 100 steps from a bus stop where you can ride to the center of town. Chic espresso bar in my room which was refilled every day. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Great service, clean, room service & breakfast 👌

The property has a really beautiful interior and my room was also very clean and comfortable. I had all the necessary facilities. The hotel is also a very quiet place. The staff were also respectful and helpful. I will rebook this property if I will go to Brussels again.
