The unit was perfect for our short trip to beautiful Exuma and delivered on comfort and relaxation. It was well equipped for 2 persons right down to off repellent, sun block and sun ran sprays, first aid kit and small lamp. Kendanique thought of everything and presented it beautifully

Clean, newly refreshed/renovated and had all the necessities. The location is good as it is close to George Town as well as has a beach across the street and the turtle beach is just 1 km way. And as an extra bonus, it has the best family owned diner next door - you absolutely have to visit it :) also, quick response and great care provided to any questions or concerns raised by the owner. This stay was excellent. All of the pictures acurately showed what it looked liked, it was located exactly where it was shown on the map (which is important given that there are no formal addresses), it was walkable to the grocery store, a great cafe, a great lunch spot, and several very nice beaches. It was also great being right off of the main road.

Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort! Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave.

The villa is spacious, beautiful, and centrally located—perfect for exploring the area. While the final stretch of road is rough, with large potholes (a Jeep might help), we managed without one. The kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciated the supply of clean towels, beach towels, and two portable beach chairs. Even a cooler, snorkeling gear, and fins were provided. The hosts were incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and even arranging a birthday cake for us from a local baker. We felt very much at home. The nearby pool is clean and inviting, with plenty of lounge chairs, beach chairs, and shaded areas for relaxing. Internet troubles were quickly solved with a mobile solution, which worked well enough for our needs, even if it was a bit slow. For leisure travel, a 100% recommendation!
