A wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We arrived before the checkin time and our room was ready and happily we were given an upgrade. The room was spotless and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was just enough to begin the day and the hotel graciously accommodated my request for a gluten free option. After checkout, the hotel stored our luggage until our departure to the airport. The hotel helped make our stay in Montreal very enjoyable. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

FAQs about hotels in Montreal

A Blend of the Urban and the Outdoors

Montreal is the second largest city in Canada and the entry point to Quebec province via Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport. Montreal truly has it all. Divided into East and West by Boulevard Saint-Laurent, there are several districts to the city, each offering a distinct atmosphere.

Downtown is best explored on foot, as you weave your way through skyscrapers and visit museums such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. In the winter you can steer clear of icy paths by heading underground to the passages of the Underground City, full of shops, movie theaters and food courts.

From there, the metro will conveniently take you outwards in any direction you might want to go, from the historic Old Montreal to the hip café and restaurant culture of the Quartier Latin-Le Village.

In summer, stay closer to the historic quarter and head outdoors in Parc Jean-Drapeau on the St. Lawrence River islands of Île Sainte-Helen and Île Notre-Dame. If the weather isn’t good enough for rowing, water-skiing and beaches then head to Montreal Casino.

Whether you’re visiting for festivals or fashion, gastronomy or culture, with over 190 hotels and B&Bs with Booking.com you’ll find your perfect home away from home.

It was my first trip to Montreal.

It was my first trip to Montreal. I am living in Vancouver for more than 2 decades. I was quite surprised and annoyed regarding Canada's two official languages. The use of English was minimum and I dont understand or speak French. I had lot of trouble dealing in some stores where the speakers were only speaking French.

A city full of homeless people begging for money, a few good areas here and there interspersed with many really bad ares. If you are from a nice city, you will feel like you have visited a very poor area and you will constantly be asked for change. It is dirty and not very clean. It is overall a mess and very unlike the rest of Canada. The nice part is the different restaurants but its not a classy city by any stretch of the imagination. It is extremely ghetto.

One of the best, most entertaining cities in North America.

One of the best, most entertaining cities in North America. For visitors from the US, it's like a trip to France. History and churches and museums and great walks along antique streets. Great restaurants at all price levels--Montrealers just won't tolerate mediocre meals. The music and comedy scenes are world class. And it's wonderful to hear French spoken everywhere.

We had a wonderful visit to Montreal.

We had a wonderful visit to Montreal. We were travelling with children and there was so much for them to enjoy: Science Museum, Biodome, Port area, Botanical Garden. For the adults, there was the Art Museum, The Jean Talen Market and lots of wonderful restaurants. We also loved the Old City area as well as the neighborhood of the hotel.

    Very lively and diverse vibe.

Very lively and diverse vibe. Getting around on the transit buses is not the fastest, mainly because the buses seldom came on time. Subway system was excellent. Food at the restaurants was very good though a main portion of my diet is vegetables, and ended up with a mix of green salad which is no different then anywhere else. Point is more effort was needed to explore in Montreal vegetable based cuisines.

Too many miserable people; flow of traffic is unbearable in some parts of the city. I had a terrible experience with a Uber driver. I walked on foot through some strange boroughs that are going through what looked like reconstruction... saw entire streets closed down for business and giant manholes. I lost my purse with wallet and I am surprised that nobody has called it in for a return. On the other side, I met some wonderful people, experienced magic in numbers, felt good energies, and made a few human connections. I will be coming back.

1st night woken up at 4am by upstairs room with floor stomping, when I addressed it with staff he seems uninterested and did not apologize. On 2nd night woken up by fire alarm at 1:30am, no apologies for that also. Next day, coming back to my room from downtown breakfast, guests loudly having sex in room on same floor. This inconvenience should earn me a couple of free nights. Maybe I’ll find another hotel in the area. I stay there everytime I’m in Montreal, maybe not anymore.

Large apartment with two rooms and two large beds in the bedroom, and also a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is near a metro, about 25 minutes from downtown, with a modest gym that is accessible upon request from 7 to 20 o'clock. Many shops can be found around this place, one is open 24 hours and also there is a 24 hour good market. This hotel is at walking distance from St Joseph church, which is a hallmark of Montreal.

Perfect location to see Old Montreal, Chinatown and the shopping district - anyone up for a walk can reach all these areas easily. This hotel was the cheapest option in Old Town Montreal. I wouldn't say it was the best or the cleanest but overall worth the price and I enjoyed my stay.
