The lovely warm courteous welcome, the cleanliness of the entrance and the car park area was a great impression to start 😀 It's situated on the edge of town, some restaurants close by and only a 30 mins walk to the "lobster" a lovely surprise how spacious and clean the room was, everything we needed was there, lovely sized bathroom with toiletries provided, lovely comfortable beds, table and chairs, 2 comfy chairs - perfect, infact we had booked 3 nights, we decided to stay an extra night, not only for sightseeing the area, a 70 minute drive to Prince Edward Island was a highlight, not to be missed, but the truly wonderful motel was a factor in our decision - can't recommend enough 😀 we would definitely come again

The breakfast was very good, and Sebastian was a knowledgeable host. The bed and sheets were the best of our trip.
