This hotel was great from the moment we stepped in. Very friendly reception and there was everything you'd want in a complimentary breakfast with super folks working the dining area. The bed was so comfortable I checked to see who made the mattress. We stayed on our way to our destination then again on our return. When I walked into the lobby, the receptionist ALREADY had us checked in and in our same room! She also set me up with a frequent travel perk on my first night. I asked for a suggestion for dinner on the second stay and another receptionist directed us to a great restaurant in town. Wow!

I liked that I was still able to book a room within 24 h. I love the location of the Pines Motel and I love, love, love the cleanliness. I feel cozy in those rooms. It's been the second time I stayed with Pines Motel. and would definitely recommend it.

Acceptance of very very late check in. Any staff I encountered were very friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area has the patience of a saint. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Comfortable, quiet. The breakfast was much more than a usual continental breakfast. There were many choices both hot and cold. I didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or the gym, but both looked clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Salmon Arm.
