Excellent location and easy access via Bus. We also got a guest card which we used to travel around and see all Bern attractions. Front desk was really helpful to keep our luggage after checkout and even before check in which helped us to check more attractions. Recommend this hotel.

We liked ozr stay. Thank you👍

Convent access to train station., Clean, quiet accommodations and easy check-in / check-out.

Everybody was very welcoming! We enjoyed a great dinner with Wiener Schnitzel and it could not have been better! The Hotel and our room was clean and nice, breakfast was perfect. It is a calm and warm atmosphere and for sure we will come back :-)

Close to transit, market and restaurants. Comfortable and sufficient for two people. Paid laundry machines in the building.

clean, friendly, good value seat and table, good bed

Really nice hotel, close to the cinema and shopping mall, also train and tram stations. Super cool swimming pool and sauna area which was included in the price. Public transport to the city center was also included in the price.

Staying in this gorgeous hotel from 1600s(?) is like stepping back in time. Not only was the accommodation perfect, the property has an absolutely incredible restaurant and killer breakfast. It’s a super small hotel so it was so private and lovely and a perfect place to land while visiting family.

very nice unique hotel. we stayed in the Clark Terry Suite and enjoyed it very much.

Nice location, close to everything.

Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Viktor was super helpufull and polite!

Great location. Right on the main square in the center of town. Great restaurant

We had a wonderful time at this property with our family of four. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all of us. The location couldn't have been better - being right next to a bus stop made getting around so convenient. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy transportation access.

The staff was kind and very helpful.

Everything good. Location, room, breakfast, the staff.

We liked the location a lot because the public transportation is working perfectly, and hotel is surrounded by grocery stores and cafeteria shops with a good food and affordable prices.

The stuffs were so considering and kind. The room was always clean and the location was perfect, very close to the bus stops as well as easy to get through walk to the city centre.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything

The room was exactly what we had asked for. We needed a room with two single beds and that’s what we were assigned. Room and bathroom were very clean and had all the required amenities. Location next to the old town was ideal and the rate for the hotel was very reasonable. Staff at check-in and check-out were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet included in the price had everything one could want.
