Spacious room, comfy bed, free parking, communal kitchen, easy check in. For me, the bad reviews are highly unfair - ok, perhaps the decor is not according to the latest fashion, and the (beautiful wooden) floor squeaks here and there.- bur you get a lot for the price and is a certainly very good option in this area.

Good staff, clean rooms, good location

The apartment was complete, ha everything we needed to cook, hang out and sleep well. Comfortable, cozy, good heater. Soooo close to the train station and supermarket. The restaurant serves excellent food, opens Wednesday to Saturday.

Nice hotel, transportation is very good from this hotel. Every 20 min bus to OST Interlaken.

So clean, comfy beds, amazing breakfast and stuff. The smell in the hotel is amazing as well. Loved our stay there!

It was very near the station and the shops. Very friendly stuff. There was this guy at the concierge who doubled up as a driver that was amazing & kind!

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and delicious. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome like at home.

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Close to train station to get to and from places. Warm and comfortable. View was amazing. Loved that we could store baggage.

Huge sized rooms, decent and modest buffet breadfast spread and of course hospitable staff who is ever ready to lend a helping hand and listen to our requests.

The location was fantastic...so close to Interlaken West train station. Staff were super helpful in explaining where to go and what to see as well providing maps of the town and larger area. Totally recommend it

You enter to a beautiful looking lobby Room and bathroom are spacious Window opened to the main street Well furnished and sufficiently lit rooms Staff is more than happy to guide you

Everything. The bungalow is spacious for the whole family. There's kitchen and dining area, 2 toilet , very clean.. there's a backyard too. Quiet and safe place.. ac is on the living room but there's a lot of fan and it's enough to cool both rooms. The 15chf laundry per day is very good deal. My children love playing pingpong. The location is excellent 7 mins walk from West station, and everything else. The guests card gives u free transport within Interlaken. There's nearby grocery also
