We were upgraded to a very spacious room and thank you! It is the best room among our 4 stops in Switzerland. The breakfast is very good and the atmosphere is relaxing ! The recommendation for coffee and cake was excellent, it's a must to try! The parking arrangement is also very efficient and clear.

The location is absolutely incredible. Views were so good that I slept with the curtains wide open. You will never start your day with a frown if you get to wake up here and look out over the lake and mountains.

The team is very helpful and tried their best to make one of the rooms available as quickly as possible so that we can check in and get some rest. A good surprise that one of the Christmas markets was just in front of the hotel. Another plus point - a clean and cosy laundry shop located just within 5 minutes walking distance. (Just be mindful of its closing time - 8pm)
