Where do I begin? The location is amazing. I didn't know the view could get better than I experienced coming in via the train, but it gets way better. The hotel is quaint, quiet, luxurious, and not overcrowded. We didn't have to rush anywhere to get a great spot to sit by the water. The room is lovely - highly recommend going for a balcony (especially nice on cool nights to open the window/doors). Rooms were cleaned daily - we didn't expect this since in the US hotels have abstained from daily cleaning even after returning to mostly normal activities post COVID. There was a towel warmer and individual covers on the bed. Each morning I indulged in a delicious breakfast. Lots of great choices. They offer a short lunch/dinner menu for when you need a bite to eat and don't feel like climbing up the hill to a restaurant or bus stop. The staff (there were two primary people and additional staff that were more behind the scenes) was wonderful. They are a big reason why I hope to come back and stay in the same place for a longer duration. Every need was tended to, quickly and kindly. Helpful hints: 1. To get up to the bus stop, climb the stairs behind the building and take the path to the left and follow it to the arch under the bridge. Keep straight to the main road. Plenty of little spots to get up to the primary road. 2. If you have a lot, large, or heavy luggage, consider taking a taxi from the train station to the hotel (I imagine most people are arriving by train at Interlaken Ost). Our trip cost us approx. €25.

I liked everything about it. This is one of the best hotels you can find. Very close to Ringgenberg lake with a great view of the lake and especially for those who like to be serendipity. The bus 102 takes just 7 min from interlaken OST to Ringgenberg and the hotel is right in front of it. The best part is the host. He is a wonderful person and very helpful and patient. We asked so many questions and he cleared every single queries. He even arranged a cab for us at 5 am which is very difficult to get in Switzerland. The breakfast is the best you can get anywhere in Interlaken, especially the sausages and bekan. The room is spacious for 2 people with a coffee machine. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel with super friendly staff. One can get anything from there. The bus was sent to us well in advance so that we could access free bus services.

The location was right by a train and bus station. This made it very easy to get into Interlaken and the rest of the Jungfrau region. The apartment had everything to make our stay comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, free regional public transport, and comfortable bed. Deniz is a super host. She was always there to answer any questions.

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Very easy trip from Zurich Airport to the Swiss Chalet. When you buy ticket for the train from Zurich Airport you need to approach staff to help you buy your ticket. Give them the address of the accomodation your are going to. It was good to arrive to Zurich Airport in the morning and leave Zurich in the evening so you have plenty of time.

    The heavy fog during our visit limited our ability to explore the lake as much as we had hoped. While Ringgenberg served as our base, most of our activities took place outside the area. Although we didn’t dine locally, I did spot a burger and beer restaurant nearby that seemed to stay open late. Getting around Ringgenberg is convenient, with easy access by foot, bus, and a local train station for added connectivity.

    There is an elevator in the building which is very useful.

    There is an elevator in the building which is very useful. At night, the town is very quiet so can sleep comfy. The room and the bathroom were clean. Hot water in shower and sink which is needed when is cold outside. The sheets were confortable. The transportation, which is offered for free by the hotel, was very organized and takes you to Interlaken in 6 minutes. Transportation is usually every 30 minutes but it makes it even easier if you check the schedules in the SBB Mobile app, the buses and trains always arrive and depart at the times shown on the app, that makes the whole experience stress-free. The bus station is very close to the hotel and the hotel is located in the main street so it’s easy to get there in a couple of minutes even with your luggage.

    Ringgenberg seemed like a silent town away from nestled interlaken with serene river side and views to the mount. I would love to visit again for exploring castle, lake around. This time it was just a place to crash with too high plan outside the town always.

    The place is awesome, is near by a very beautiful blue lake. You can also take boats to explore the region or the train/bus to go to the Interlaken city and from there to go to the Jungfraujoch region. In Jungfraujoch region you have many traveling options. To the Jungfraujoch plateau 3471 m, Grindelwald and Grindelwald-First (adventure park), Lauterbrunnen (which means many falls and is the place where Tolkien was inspired for the Lord of the rings story and more.

    The location, the view of the lake, it was nice and quiet and it was really clean. I used this hotel as my base, so I was able to travel to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Grindewald, Bern, Brienz. It was just perfect, if you are hesitant about booking don’t! Just book it. It’s not to far from Ringgenberg train station, which can get you to Interlaken ost in 3/4minutes, there is a local bus too. The breakfast had a good variety. I wish I could stay longer!

    I absolutely love this hotel. It has everything you need - View overlooking Lake Brienz, Location and amazing & helpful staff. Hotel is very close to Train station (one stop to Interlaken Ost), regular bus timetable and boat trip (if you fancy). I would recommend staying here rather than Interlaken Ost if you want peaceful and touch with nature. I would stay here again in future.

    This Studio is cheaper compared to another hotel, i like the location, we just take Bus 102 from Interlaken Ost and stop next to the Hotel. View very Breathtaking! I love it every single things in Interlaken Ost. The staff also friendly. I will book again for next stay cation.
