It is very clean and comfortable

The location is in a great neighborhood just far enough away from the city center but still very walkable. It’s a simple room but is really all you need when you’re busy exploring during the day. I also took advantage of the available free luggage storage which is a very nice amenity to have if you arrive before check in time.

Conveniently located on a train line no more than two stops to the main hub and the airport. Helpful and friendly staff!

The location was a short distance to the main station and the sights, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel had all the modern amenities.

Staff was the absolute best, breakfast was great, the room was quiet, but around 5h30 in the morning we were awaking by the tram --- we know that's not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying, Vietnamese restaurant 2 doors away was excellent and reasonablly priced

The hotel has a perfect location right by the lake and within walking distance to the main attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with a view of the lake. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options.

Everything. It was beautifully done - beautiful upgrades in the room. Shower was awesome! Thoughtful touches all thoughout the small space. And it was within walking distance of many things. Thoroughly enjoyed. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Comfortable rooms. Quiet location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to the botanical garden. 20 min walk to the opera house. Public transportation is close by.

I really like the layout of the room. We are a family of 4 staying in a room, and we we did not feel the space is cramped. We were able to have a corner to ourselves. Totally love that the shower, the toilet and the basin are separate, which save us a lot of time as we could use any of the facilities in parallel. They even had microwave which came in handy! Though the location is not right in the center, it is not a big issue as tram is convenient from the hotel. In fact you will enjoy the quietness of the area.

A very pleasant and charming family hotel. The owner made everything possible to provide us with the best service, and always with a smile and a desire to help and assist in any way. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a stay. The location is excellent, both in terms of proximity to the city center and lake, public transportation and proximity to a supermarket and a great bakery to start the day. We will definitely recommend it warmly to all our friends and sure to stay again on our next trip

A nice small hotel at a quiet location but still quite close to public transport. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Very cozy and stylish hotel, the room was spacious with all amenities, modern and cozy. The breakfast room is very nice, it feels like you are at home. The breakfast was varied and delicious, everything you need for a good start to the day. The staff were nice and friendly. We often come to Zurich to visit our daughter's family and from now on Alma Hotel will be our hotel in Zurich.

Great location, spacious room, very clean with a cute balcony. Also the host was very accommodating with our request to check in early. Check in was easy as it was self check in. We never saw any staff as we left prior to breakfast.

My friend lost her passport the day before our scheduled departure from Switzerland. The staff members went the extra miles to help with the search and the rush application of a new passport. They were the most helpful staff members among all the hotels I have ever stayed in. A 10 out of 10! Thank you again!
