Small personal hotel in a good location. Restaurant served a good breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet with good bathroom and mini fridge.

I rented a spacious suite, which was excellent.

friendly staff, comfortable room

I guess only the price was worth it.

I had problems with my rental car. The staff were very helpful in resolving my problems. They were excellent.

I was there at 11 am and they helped me for being sooner than normal check in

Incredible hospitality from the hosts Cris and Andrea, and a beautiful boutique property in a central location with plenty of old charm and character but still with all the modern comforts. During our stay they made sure we were always comfortable and were great with communication before and during the stay. They helped provide recommendations on transport options, things to do and also helped with a restaurant booking. The restaurant they recommended in Concon was hands down best meal in Chile we had.

My wife and I liked the overall appearance of the hotel. Inside and out, the room, lounge, and dining areas were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the lounge area upstairs. Even though the hotel does provide beverages, my wife and I were able to buy the products we preferred at the store and enjoy them in that area. I loved the atmosphere (music and lighting)! I should have taken more pictures but I do have video of the room. We only live about an hour and a half away so it makes for a nice weekend trip. We hope to visit again soon.
