The staff made a special effort to make each guest feel at home. The breakfast & dinners together with the other guests gave us great opportunities to meet and interact with others and make new friends. A warm a comfortable place to stay with great views of the surrounding Andes, especially at sunset.

    Excellent location, very close to Farellones Park and to El Aleman de Farellones restaurant. The room was clean, neat, tidy, cozy and warm. Geraldo was very kind and helpful during our stay. We had our own suite on the top floor, with a nice view of the mountain. The staff was kind enough to provide a mini fridge, coffee powder, clean dishes, glasses and cups. If you go by car, there's a parking space right in front of the house.

    I was staying here for snowboarding. Location was great. It is 3 mins to walk to get slope. I can back my lunch to this hotel Apartment. Heater was very nice warm. I drove to there. There is indoor parking garage which is so great. I lost to get there. Property owner keep replying me by WhatsApp so it helped a lots. There is reception even this property is apartment. I do recommend to stay here . WIFI was working great.

    Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

    Great Chalet Farellones was outstanding. Our hosts Gloria and Miguel could not have been more helpful. Property was of a very high standard. Everything perfect. Loved being able to barbeque in the evenings after skiiing.
