Large and comfortable room. Well-designed bathroom. Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.

This is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. Left government is allowing gangs to come in from ven and other places. Keep your head up.

The location is excellent and the service was exceptional. We could find everything we needed at the doorstep of the hotel. Very lively atmosphere in the area of Barrio Lastarria with many restaurants in the area and street performers added to the enlightenment of our vacation. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. Highly recommend this hotel and it's facilities. Front office staff are so kind and willing to help at all times.
