The hotel was responsive to our requests and messages. Special thanks to Ms. Rachel and the reception for accomodating to our request to cancelling one night for one of the 8 rooms we booked. They were accomodating to our needs.The Club King Rooms is big and clean. The housekeeping personnel left personalised notes and this makes us feel welcomed. The location is near to major shopping malls and some of the shops/cafes nearby close late near or past midnight.

The hardware of the hotel is good. Lady at the receptionist was helpful and Vicky at the coffee shop was very attentive.
