Exceptional Stay with Excellent Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful establishment for an entire week, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Notably, I greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out late, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of my time at this establishment. From the beautiful accommodations and stunning city views to the exceptional service and culinary offerings, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Swimming pool is really nice and the good thing is that it's open all day up to 22:00. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room was always clean and tidy after cleaning service. Breakfast buffet has many choices every day and it is also open till 10:30 so you can have longer sleep in the morning without worrying about missing it. Other facilities like the gym, tennis court and basketball court are also good and convenient. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall where you can find anything you need and there are lots of central streets with cool cafes around it.

    The choice of restaurants was good and the food quality was excellent. We went for business primarily. It’s not a city I would choose for tourism. Extremely disappointed with the Canton Tower experience. Most certainly wouldn’t waste your money on this.

    Guangzhou is a busy city. Very crowdy and bustles with activity. The subway is always busy and worse at peak hours. Chinese are generally friendly but their reaction to a black person makes me laugh. Especially the elderly and children

    A Fantastic City - Perfect City with Link Metro subway system the moment one step out from BaiYun International Airport. Plenty of delicious food worth for Money. One can really feel the Charm of Beautiful GuangZhou City walking around Pedestrian Street especially individual personal Safety. Feel Proud, Happily & Safely walking around the City-without Fear of being disturb or rob. Try the Night Ferry Cruise enjoy the beautiful lighting along the Pearl River. Worth For Money.

    Guangzhou is a bustling city and easy for a foreigner to explore. The metro is English friendly and extremely cheap. For shopping go to Beijing Road or walker's street close to Sharmian Island where the White Swan Hotel is. Consider a walk around the island and go back in history to visualize the European settlements and embassies that once controlled the area, it's also had signs in all areas saying, No Dogs, No Chinese. It's worth a look at the old churches and architecture. To escape the heat, take a morning trip to Baiyun mountain, lovely walks, views of the city. For many years I have been a fan of the Zoo, Once nothing but cages and small confined areas now much friendly. Also, pandas on view. If you are into history, there are a few gold mines their and for a lazy night, take a river cruise up the pearl and look at the night lights.

    Guangzhou was an excellent experience.

    Guangzhou was an excellent experience. Remarkably, my son took the metro by himself, the police located him within 15 minutes, several stations away. The variety of food was impressive, although finding addresses in English posed a challenge. However, by the end of the trip I was managing better and will be more prepared next time. With a metro conveniently connected to the airport, it is easy to stay anywhere, as transportation is not a significant concern. Additionally, most metro station staff were helpful to first-time visitors.

    The room was amazing and spacious and so was the whole hotel, it felt luxurious. It’s very close to fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s that was working 24 hours, Dominos and KFC. TV had some English movies and series so I did not get bored while staying in the room. They had a Canton Fair registration desk which was quick and very convenient as well as transfers to the fair. They were giving out water before shuttle and snacks when we were dropped off after the Canton Fair. Great hotel and service, I give it 5*

    -Breakfast is great. The best one from the hotels I stay in my trip to China. -Staff is Very helpful, throughout the years I stayed here and concierge are always quick and helpful people. Sometimes they are overloaded with guests demand though. -Rooms are very spacious, bathroom is very spacious. Suggestion: install those Japanese toilets they have in some places. -Location is the best to stay in Guangzhou in my opinion. Close to many shopping malls and western restaurants.

    We had one of the suites and were very happy with everything. Great, friendly service from all the staff, from the minute you check in to the last minute you check out. Great location, close to some fast food and restaurants, close to the metro. Proper air conditioning in both the bedroom and the lounge area. During Canton Fair the hotel offered great shuttle service and free bottles of water gets distributed daily, great service.

    If you don't need to be in the city centre, the location is ideal, with a shopping mall and metro station right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of local restaurants, and a very good bus service to Canton Fair. The staff are very welcoming and helpful (they compensate for the lack of English with the translator). The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent value for money!
