The place is magical. Amazing contact with nature, is like sleeping inside the clouds

Awesome breakfast! Lots of options and everything is delicious. The staff members are all courteous, pleasant, and professional!

Very good place to stay for the family.

Very centered location, walking distance to beach, mall, dining, night market.

The staff is wonderful and kind. Unusually forthcoming. They are true professionals who look after the guest's needs. The room was abundently spacious and very clean, with every possible amenity (including a two-seat balcony with an ocean view). The hotel itself has a superb swimming pool (and kids pool) overlooking the ocean, a great pool bar, and they even make on-site cotton candy for the kids. The whole establishment is very family orientated, and I highly recomend it for families, couples and solo travellers alike. You feel protected and welcome! Will be back soon!

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to CiCi for her outstanding support during my stay. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, professional and always ready to help with any question or request. Her warm attitude and constant assistance made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. I very much appreciated her care, patience and excellent service throughout the whole visit. Thanks to CiCi and the hotel team, I had a wonderful and very pleasant rest. I would be very grateful if her excellent work and dedication could be recognized by the hotel management. She truly deserves appreciation and, if possible, an award or special acknowledgment for her outstanding guest service. With sincere thanks, Mikhail

I am traveling with 4 kids, /10,8,5 and 2 years old/ There are lot of fun free activities for kids. I thing about 5-6 pools outside. Specially 1 kids pool has heater. December is Yalong bay is not enough warm. But kids pool water has heater is very good idea. And bubble party, kids room is very big and clean. Outside 2-3 playground area. My kids very happy, Beach access and Yalong bay is world's #1 beach. Breakfast is nice lot of options.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants Wonderful staff

The hotel is really wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The best vacation we had for a very very long time.

We love the activities! It’s a super kids friendly hotel. We travelled all around Asia with our child (currently 3.5 yr old), this is the first time we stayed 4 days in the hotel without traveling outside. It’s perfect for 2-6 yr old with animals, pools, shows and staff led activities. All staffs are friendly. A special thanks to Yash who helped us with stroller and luggage. And to our session 2 host who replied to our quests
