The host (Jack) and his father were very accommodating to everyone in the hotel. I say this because they made our trip so easy by helping us book our tickets to the destinations we wanted to go and provided us with transportation to wherever we needed. We really felt like we were part of the “family” when we stayed at their hotel. Speaking of hotel, the rooms were very clean and well kept together. Jack allowed us to use the laundry upstairs which was meant for staff use. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the next time I book a trip to WuLingYuan/ZhangJiaJie! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!

The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

The owner Yuelu is amazing so helpful in all that is needed for traveling in the park ! She also help when you are stuck as no one speak English in the park Her home stay is so close to the park that you can just walk to the entrance. The room is great she make that it will be heated before arrival and the breakfast is great!

The house is big and comfortable, located in a very quiet area outside of the city. And very close to the national park. A few weeks before arriving I was contacted by a very nice lady called Wendy that helped me orgenized everything I needed from recommendations of what to do and where to go each day to helping with buying the tickets to some places. All in English. I think the place is great for couples and families.

Traveling with two energetic kids? THIS IS YOUR SPOT! The mineral-water pools kept them happy for hours while we relaxed. Golf cart transfers to the national park saved our sanity (no waiting for buses!). Staff ​speak perfect English​ and amazed us - they printed kid-friendly trail maps and taught our boys how to say "hello monkey" in Chinese! Breakfast buffet had made-to-order omelets. Wish we'd booked longer - next time we’ll stay a week!

The staff is helpful, giving advice on visits and offer you a free ride to the entrance of the park. The rooms are spacious with beautiful mountain view. The bedding is very comfortable. Good breakfast and very good restaurant for dinner. You feel like this place belong to you only.

    The environment is great, close to the west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Entering the forest park from this gate doesn't require queuing, which is a very nice experience. There are mountains and water, and even tandem bicycles to ride. The Chinese meals at the homestay are also excellent. A paradise for children, the pool is large and clean, and there’s a nearby stream for walking and catching fish. The owner even personally drove us to the forest park scenic area. Absolutely perfect!

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

    I would like to call it the largest, warmest and most welcoming homestay in Zhangjiajie. The environment is so good, Zhangjiajie no other guest house is better than this, we stayed for five days, every day very happy. I will Amway all our friends come to Zhangjiajie to stay here.

    Very nice place, great location to explore the zhangjiajie national forest park (avatar mountains) from. Jack is super helpful and his father even brought us to the national park entrance for free (which is about 5 minutes away by car).
