They will use translators to communicate and really support you via a WhatsApp chat. There was not a single request they didn't grant. There was this nice guy with a dog who carried my big suitcase up and down for me every time. I would definitely stay there again and the price for value is wonderful! I can also recommend the laundry service.

The manager was always on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly and even checked in personally to ensure I had everything I needed. It was great to see such dedication to guest satisfaction.
