A Model for the Hospitality Industry.
Our recent stay at this hotel and spa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, showcasing a level of professionalism and flexibility that is truly rare.
What stood out the most was how effortlessly the staff handled changes to our plans. Whether it was a last-minute room adjustment or special requests at the spa, every detail was managed with care and precision. It's clear that the team here is not only well-trained but also genuinely committed to ensuring each guest has a personalized and memorable experience.
The training that the staff receives is evidently top-notch, as they were consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to even the smallest details. What a lovely European experience. If you want a quaint BnB type stay, not the commercial Airbnb apartment rental, this is it! You will be transported back in time to where weary travelers need safety and a warm meal served by the innkeeper. Who also, is a little like your grandmother! We really got a kick out of the personal tour of our room, including which buttons do what on the TV remote control! Just a lovely place to lay your head and get a personalized touch to your experience! Did you lay your swimsuit on the radiator to dry? Nonna will bring in an unobtrusive drying rack to hang it on properly!
This hotel is ideally located at the foot of Sommerberg Mountain in Bad Wildbad. It features a garden with loungers, a sunny terrace, and a spa area with sauna and massage facilities.

Nice view out over the town and the mountains. Nice balcony to sit out and enjoy the air. Convenient to be able to eat dinner at the restaurant, as the town below was a VERY steep climb. Conveniently located though very close to the Vital Therme, which was free for hotel guests. Bring your own towel and bathing shoes!

The receptionist who greeted us was very nice and tried very hard to ensure we understood where parking was located and where our room was located. The location of the hotel was great for experiencing the town.

if you like the Lake District in the UK then this is better - no crowds and better buses and trams and cable cars and opera festivals
and the spiral wood walkway and the high bridge in the forest - brilliant
and enough English spoken and a Lidl in the town. no noise at night
village a bit like a mini Venice with less ornate buildings, but some architecture.
good restaurants al fresco no road noise.

We visited for 5 days in the middle of winter over new years eve. It was unusually warm, one day reaching 17 degrees. There are many lovely walking tracks above the town and you can walk up the hill to them. We found there weren't many restaurants to choose from although it may have been the time of year. The restaurants we went to were very nice though. We had access to the adults only wellness centre which was fantastic but pretty busy. Overall we have a great stay at Bad Wildbad, lovely walks, nice food and plenty of wellness.

Bad Wildbad is a very beautiful place to go with your partner or family. They have a very nice park down the riverside, thermal baths, and a lot of easy trails (they are beautiful and very well maintained). On top of the mountain, they have a wood structure and a wood spiral - very fun and a most go, a big playground for children, and a Wildline (not for those who have motion sickness). For these, you have to pay. You also get a card for free public transport in the region from your host.

Great place for a long weekend, trails to explore on the Sommerberg, mountainbike trails, a lovely Baumwipfelpad and lots of activities for kids, a big and beautiful park (Kurpark) and spas (the lovely Palais Thermal and Vital Therme).
Wonderful and comfy place with possibly the most stunning terrace in all of Bad Wildbad! It's super quiet, the place is much larger than you would think, and it has everything you need. We were worried that it would be a bit hot in summer, as it's right under the roof, but the modern blinds and big modern windows made it entirely pleasant!
Incredible value for what you get.
Liliya is a lovely host who was highly responsive and made our stay perfect for us - thank you so much, we will be back for sure!
Great bed sir, along the River Enz, riggt in the heart of Bad Wildbad. Clean, comfortable and well maintained, this place has all the essentials for a short stay Host Mateo responds instantly to the messages
Free Parking is a short distance away and is an added bonus
Overall i would highly recommend this place, in the middle of the Black Forest
Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help and advise. Breakfast was varied and products fresh. We left the car in front of the hotel during our 2-night stay, quick walking distance to the thermal spas and to the mountain train up to Sommerberg where we enjoyed a day of walking.
Our second stay in this characterful , quaint guesthouse in central location . Convenient for historic Thermal Baths, the most beautiful we have visited in Germany.
Delightful owner who could not be more helpful.
Fascinating spa museum and lovely Kurpark gardens.
Family Monkni are wonderful. I am always happy to spend a day or two in Bad Wildbad at the Badhotel. Breakfast is wonderful. Location and convenience of parking etc.
