The communication with the staff was excellent even though there was no in-person contact. They even notified me of a forgotten item and sent it to my private address within almost no time. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Given the close vicinity to Munich, the pricing was very decent. The house is an old inn at a central location.

The stay was excellent! Free parking. The location is close to various amenities, including EV chargers, which is important to us. The staff were extremely friendly at check-in, during breakfast, and at check-out. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and everything is very clean. They were able to honor my request for a particular floor. Thanks so much. I sometimes came in after hours, and the night staff were so kind to open access for me. The staff in the mornings were able to offer safe travel options for transit near the hotel. Offering an early check-in is nice for early arrivals after all night international travelers. The breakfast that is offered is fantastic! The food staff greet you, always provide anything needed to make your meal superb. The lobby bar is also so nice. Overall, the kind, gracious, accomodating staff really make this hotel a wonderful experience.

This was a beautifully kept place, and all staff we met were very friendly. Not speaking German was not a problem here. This place is seriously clean. Everywhere. Possibly the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The room we stayed in was thoughtfully kitted out, unusual but potentially giving many of the benefits of an apartment, but in a hotel room.
