After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was...
After travelling round the island for three weeks, this was one of our favourite parts. Beautiful location, so many remote beaches to visit and good shops and restaurants locally. We loved turtle beach, be prepared to walk off the beaten track and be rewarded we also loved , and batibou bay, be prepared to pay at batibou a small fee. We ate at sandbar and coral reef, coral reef was amazing value for money and taste. You definitely need a car to get about and see all the local places. Red rocks and chocolate factory and pointe baptiste bay are located in close proximity. If you go to chaudiere pool you will need a 4x4 for the roads leading to it, be very careful.Guest review byRebeccaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A small fishing village with stunning views.
A small fishing village with stunning views. Located within walking distance of Red Rocks, which is jaw dropping beautiful. There are also very good restaurants in the area, Coral Reef and Poz. The area is safe and survesca good base to explore the northern parts of Dominica.Guest review byDavid

The view is breathtaking, the accommodation is perfect and the hosts are wonderful. Great location with a supermarket 1 min walk away and you can walk to hodges beach and swim in the river. 10 minutes to batibou beach which is stunning! We did daily yoga on the deck, overlooking the sea! We are a family of four (7 and 5 year old) who loved the pool, the view and everything!
