This is one of the best boutique hotels in the world. Everything was perfect. I had to double check that I didn't mistakenly book a room for € 1,000 per night, which exemplifies the level of quality here. Most notable was the highly professional & friendly staff. They deserve much credit for my exceptional experience. Lastly, access to the spa (steam room, jacuzzi, etc) itself was worth half of what I paid per night. When I return to Tallinn, I will certainly stay here again.

It is a truly wonderful place: the rooms, the Spa and the whole property are meticulously clean, spotless! Ideal; the vibe is modern and yet cozy; the prices are fair and the hospitality policies are quite generous: I was suddenly offered an upgrade. I am also grateful to the wonderful reception employees: they made sure I had my needs covered and were genuinely so lovely, even offered a small favour - thank you! For those who haven’t been to Radisson spa - make sure you visit! The bath robes and towels are provided. You will use the room key as the key for the locker at the spa. Set aside at least an hour and enjoy.
