Súper comfortable and great value hotel, large room with great attention to detail - the placement of lights for instance was particularly thoughtful. Lovely hall and reception area, keeping the features of the old colonial house. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast, which included local produce.

One of the best and "coolest" places I've stayed in! It is very clean and the decor/style is modern. Staff are super friendly, check in/check out was easy, no complaints! 100% will stay here again if visiting.

The location and facilities are excellent- and the people working there are amazing! Especially the girl at the reception- I believe her name is Maria - went above and beyond to help me not only with restaurant recommendations, but even making an appointment at a local dentist for me. The whole establishment is made in Thai themes to put you in a relaxed mood. We loved almost everything - the location (5 min walk anywhere in the center), the attitude of the staff (I had never felt so much genuine care from the reception), cleanliness and whole feeling of everything being new, air conditioning (is on both levels and it was hot), Xiaomi Televisions with Android where we could watch all our streams. Towels and bath kits were provided. The girls proposed a choice of pillows. I got a feeling they really try to make the most of it. There are two reserved parking spaces upfront the hotel for EUR 18 but it is a narrow street - so I decided to use Parque Bulevar shopping mall Parking - where you can park for 24hrs for 9.85 - it is barely 200 meters from the hotel. We didn't use the breakfast - there is no dedicated space - they will bring it to the room and I do believe it was good but there were so many interesting places to explore around. My list had Finde Cafe, Palmelita and if you dare to walk La Escala would be worth it.
