This a great location to enjoy a few relaxed days away from the madness that Tenerife can offer. San Juan and the surrounding area is beautiful and developing great sea-side walks - think it is very suitable for couples and older visitors - does not have much on offer for families although we saw lots. The town is easily accessible from an excellent road infrastructure and a good launching pad to access other activities on the island. Wonderful friendly pubs and restaurants (many close early (10pm) when we visited in January and opening days rotate (at least two days closure is a requirements by the local administration. Town is kept very clean with nice walks beside the ocean.ThomasIreland - Scored 1010

The whole area around Guía de Isora has been transformed to incorporate good restaurants, quality beaches & interesting coastal prominades. It is quiet and more restful than other areas of Tenerife south

Exactly as it looks in the pictures with really friendly staff and basic facilities available e.g dining hall, breakfast available (at additional cost) & fridge. The tents were perfect; comfortable and remained a neutral temperature. We especially loved the hammock/pool area.
