This stylish hotel offers a lagoon-style swimming pool, a spa and direct access to Oliva Nova Beach. It is part of the Oliva Nova Golf Course, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Extraordinary property on a beautiful stretch of beach; the room was spacious and of the highest quality. We had a view of the sea off our balcony, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast, included in the room price, was fantastic both in the quality and the variety of foods, drinks, etc. Several restaurant choices on the extensive grounds, but you could also go to the nearby town of Oliva (assuming you have a car) for more restaurants. We are beach snobs, and frankly it was one of the best beaches we have ever been on in the Mediterranean area; clean, soft, rock-free sand and easy walk into the water, not too deep until you swim out a ways. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided (for a six euro per day fee); towels also provided without charge.
Friendly town. Enjoyed strolling around. Would have liked to stay longer but that was not possible. Had a couple of very nice meal in a restaurant named LLoc (I think) and very good breakfasts in a cafe just around the corner from Pension Oliva. Can't remember the name, sorry. Great coffee and tostadas. Oliva is very easy to get around. Tourist office extremely friendly and helpful.
a lovely peaceful town with quite a lot of history... great for long walks... 15 minute walk to a great, well kept beach... in fact, you can walk to practically everywhere you'd like to see... ready food - 3-4 kinds of paella and assorted pasta at a take out place... little cafes with good coffee and an assortment of pastry, gelato and sorbet, and xiringuitos (outdoor bars that serve great tapas)... a bustling friday open market that sells everything from fresh fruit (lots of different varieties), plants, churro, every imaginable kind of olive to clothes and knick knacks... and on the third week of july, a grand 3 day festival that is a feast for the eyes!
after 3 days in this villa with its problems decided to book a good pension standard hotel in the town of oliva and proved to be a fantastic move which changed the rest of our holiday for the better no complaints here would highly recommend this hotel.
Oliva is a simple village but also has a portion next to the sea, which resembles more a sea-resort with various hotels, sea-facing villas, retaurants and shops. On the beach in the summer there are several pavilions where you can rent parasols and lying chairs or just have a drink or a simple snack. Some even throw weekly parties with DJs. Oliva is strategically well located to visit other areas within the province of Valencia by car.
Oliva Nova has lovely rooms and is so close to the beach, which is easy to walk along. There are a variety of restaurants , all with great food. The staff were helpful and spoke english so well. Looking forward to another stay here.

The breakfasts were very good although and earlier serving time of 08:30 would have been welcome and the hotel made special provision for my Gluten Free diet. The attitude of the staff was especially good . The hotel was also very well placed for our needs being only 10 minutes walk from the beach and about 30 minutes walk from the town of Oliva. There were lots of restaurants serving traditional mediteranian food within easy reach of the hotel.

The location was perfect ...short level walk to a gorgeous sandy beach, bars and restaurants very close by too. The main bus route into Oliva was only just around the corner. The owner was really friendly and helpful. This apartment is the perfect base to come back to after a day exploring the area or on the beach. It even has an outside shower to get the sand off before you go in.

Apartment on the 1st floor is big, has 2 bedrooms and a big patio, very comfortable. Very convenient, all facilities working. Javier is very helpful, he gave us a ride to Oliva bus station which is 2 km far. The beach is Just à paradize, very few people, clean and really endless. The place is very quiet and beautiful.

New and clean property, the facilities are good but the restaurant service is poor. The apt have a well equipped kitchen so my recommendation is that you better eat at home. The beach is close, about 3 min. walk. I recommend this property for families with kids, they have entertainment activities for the kids.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool and close to a great beach. The food was ok but breakfast was not the best. We had a pool on the private Terrance which was great. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend a hire car as Denia is not too far away and is nice.

The apartment was very modern and clean in a perfect location to explore Oliva. There was everything you needed to hand. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a great place to sit in the sun with a glass of rose!
