The apartment was in top condition, excellent facilities, it had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very clean the bedrooms were bright and very comfortable. The terrace was fantastic with beautiful views and useful furniture. The pool was nice in the center of the apartment complex which consists of 2 5-story buildings overlooking it and some patio furniture. The location was very close to the center of Villajoyosa that had a lovely wide sandy beach but the walk was a bit more challenging midday in the heat. What was more accessible was a small rocky beach just at the end of the street with one the coolest chiringitos I've been to, great vibes, live music in the evenings, stand up paddle board & bike rentals around the corner and a nice cafe, it was a great little corner. Excellent rental would definitely stay here again.

Everything. This is a fabulous hotel. Fantastic location, wonderful friendly staff. Plenty of bars restaurants, all within walking distance. The best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Loved the breakfast. You could have full English or Continental. Plenty of choice. A gorgeous bar on top of the roof, with fabulous views. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Yesterday we went cycling along the front by the beach. In the afternoon we went swimming, in the indoor pool. After we went for a walk, along the beach, which is right in front of the hotel. Finished the walk, with a cool drink in the roof bar. What else could you ask for. It's a massive 10 from us. Everything was perfect.

Very nice quiet location, still close to the beach. Our little balcony, which was big enough for a small table and two chairs, looked over the restaurant but the awnings were up when it was open so we still had some privacy. The staff here, particularly Sandra, are super! They accommodated a change upon our arrival with a delightful manner that we have not found in many other places.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous- roof top pool and views are stunning and just a short walk to the beach- literally minutes. From the beach/ bar strip by the beach back to the hotel- there are travellators as up hill which were excellent.

    A friendly town that has hourly bus connections to Alicante...

    A friendly town that has hourly bus connections to Alicante and up the coast. There is also a tram service available that makes it easy to access other towns and cities. We arrived from Alicante airport via taxi and left in two parties - one via bus and the other via tram. Both were excellent services. NB the buses take cash (correct where possible) and there are ticket points available on the tram and at the station. We made use of the supermarkets and general stores in the town, which stocked everything we could have wished for. There are a number of restaurants on the promenade and in the town. It was very hot at the time of our visit, we have school aged children therefore are limited to August, but we chose an air conditioned apartment to ensure we could enjoy time out of the sun in comfort.

    Beautiful and charming city with one of the best beach on Costa Blanca. If you want a relaxing place, strategically placed between top spots Benidorm and Alicante, then Villajoyosa is your best option. We choose Villajoyosa for the same reasons and we were happy here. Cheap trains to Alicante and Benidorm, good supermarkets around, like Mercadona, beautiful weather and just good sea water. We had only 4 nights there, too short to explore the entire area, as we decided to split our holiday in two, with the other half in Torremolinos. One usefull information about this two holiday destination: in far south of Spain the sea water is much colder then in Valencian Community, as the Atlantic Ocean directly affect it. Personally i found no difference between the cold water in Torremolinos and Northen Sea waters in Netherlands.

    Perfect if you are looking for a beach stay in a nice village with quiet surroundings. Not too busy but must book a table at the more popular restaurants. The old town is very cozy, recommend staying at the beach front. Few restaurants open for breakfast. Airport shuttle must be booked 48 hours in advance.

    Villajoyosa is a very pretty town with lovely colourful houses. It is a very friendly town. The beach stretches the full length of the town and is sandy and there is lots to do. There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants particularly Montes Gastro cafe. The Valor chocolate factory tour is worth a visit.

    Very flat on the front for walking but side streets up hill climb. Fantastic beach, toilet facilities. Outdoor eateries for food and drinks most places only open 12 till 4 and we were here in June. We found 3 places open at night one open till 10pm the others closed at 8. Maybe more places open in the new town but we didnt go there. Food prices very reasonable you could get fixed menu 3 course including a drink for €20 euros each. Lovely relaxing place will definately visit again although stay in an apartment so more flexibility with food.

    It is a very beautiful traditional Spanish resort. Fantastic beach with lovely promenade. The old town is very attractive with excellent restaurants. The port area also very interesting with good seafood restaurants. Lots of great walks and if you like chocolate the Valor Chocolate museum and factory is a must.

    Only 1 person running the whole accommodation and was always there to help, very friendly on arrival and consistent throughout my whole stay. Close to the train station and a stones throw from the beach. Would reccomend to anyone who wants acces to Benidorm but also appreciates the smaller surrounding areas. 15 min walk to the local town Villajoyosa which is definitely worth checking out. Also had plenty of parking at the accommodation.
