The parking was fixed very good. The hotel itself it’s so well equipped from the corridor to the (bath)room. A nice spacious room with AC and a fridge. A very clean bathroom with very nice smelling bathing products. A very large breakfast. It’s only matter of time before Narcea gets an extra star.

My wife and I had a very nice one-night stay at Gran Playa, designed to finish our 3 week holiday at another place on the Costa Blanca The hotel was excellent, spacious ultra clean bedroom and exceptional food. Plus cheap hotel parking and great staff. Only minus was distance from the town, port, lovely cafes, restaurants ...too far to walk and parking there is very difficult, streets highly congested. But, for our needs, Gran Playa is only a short drive to Alicante Airport.. a grand relaxing way to finish the hol.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with the room cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city via walking and metro. Alicante town centre beach is about 20 mins walk away though we'd suggest getting the Metro (Line 3) to beaches such as Costa Blanca or Muchivista if wanting less crowds. Also if travelling back to Alicante airport the bus stop C-6 is a mere 3 minute walk from Bypillow.
