Considering how remote this place is, the facilities were of very good quality. The staff members were so kind, courteous, professional and went extra length to help me arrange some flowers and a few candles for proposing my boyfriend at the last minute. The facilities were clean, and the services were well thought out. The guide who showed us around has a good sense of humor and was professional with his duties. We spent a night at the snow hotel and had our dinner at the snow restaurant. Snow hotel itself is a piece of art, no words to describe the beauty of it. The surrounding nature with thick white snow was breathtaking to look at and there were many winter activities available for the guests to try. There was hot blueberry drink available for guests to drink whole day which was really nice considering how cold it was outside. Yes it is a bit costly to travel and stay there, but I can assure you this will be an experience of a lifetime.

Every single thing was amazing! Great location to see the aurora and experience all that Lapland has to offer. The igloo was comfortable and very clean with a great private sauna. The entire staff deserves special mention for being attentive, responsive and helpful with every request or question. Now stop reading and book!

Great location on the outskirts of Rovaniemi - 10 mins drive to the city center. Very peaceful views, you feel like you are in the middle of the woods. Elli and Henri were the best hosts and went out of their way to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Perfect for solo travelers and those into clamping. Note: hot water needs to be heated manually via the sauna firestove. I found it absolutely charming.

The arctic hotel is a beautiful stay. The staff were warm , helpful and very friendly . The breakfast was really wholesome and good. The igloos were very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay . Would love to be back to experience the snow hotel after having a tour to see what goes into the making .

The location is great to watch polar light. The experience of sleeping in the snow hotel is very unique in this region and each room has its own design. The staffs were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

A very special experience. The rooms were cosy, warm and clean. Restaurant food was tasty with a lot of variety. Access to the snow hotel was an added bonus.
