This is an outstanding B&B a couple miles outside of Arc-en-Barrois, well worth the extra walking off-trail for those on the Via Francigena. First, the hosts are wonderful, both in their welcoming and their cooking (dinner was magnificent; the breakfast perfect). Second, the house is stunningly beautiful. Third, the grounds and location are lovely, with livestock, horses, captive herds of Fallow Deer and Red Deer; there's a beautiful old chapel on the grounds that the hosts are restoring. The walk from the B&B to Langres on quiet country roads is easy and lovely (except for the steep climb to Langres itself.)

It was very easy to get in. The village is lovely. The neighbours were really kind in indicating where to park and making sure we had light to unpack as we arrived when it was dark. The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back!
