Michelle and Philipe are wonderful hosts, making you feel totally at home. Unlike most gites, Libre a Vous offers guests a well equipped kitchen that compensates for the lack of eateries in town. The breakfast they prepare is excellent! Furthermore, the property is situated at the beginning of the Libre trail that climbs the nearby hills for fantastic views of the countryside, with lots of flowers along the way. Our stay was the unexpected jewel in throughout our 3 week trip through the "Pays Cathare".

We loved our short but amazing stay here. We are happy that Hélène was able to accept our booking very last minute but even so, we arrived to a spotless and welcoming place. Bedsheets and towels were crisp, pool area is also very nice and well maintained. Nice and charming details everywhere and the breakfast was really lovely. We felt at home directly. Thank you so much and we would love to come again!

Cute, quiet place run by a friendly owner - be sure to reserve a table at the restaurant for dinner, the food is very good and it seems to be the only place to eat in town. Lovely continental breakfast as well.

We were 2 weeks in France and our stay Auberge la Table du Cure was the best of all of our stays. Our room was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and put up with my very little bit of french. The location is perfect with Peyrepertuse just 15 minutes away and Queribus 10 minutes away. Also the Galamus Gorge is just 30 minutes away. To top things off we had dinner and lunch at the restaurant and they were the best meals we had in France. The cook deserves an award. We plan to return and spend more time.

    The accommodation was totally misrepresented to booking.com

    The accommodation was totally misrepresented to booking.com There was a generic description on the page we booked from. The description was for a self contained unit. The accommodation was actually a tiny bedroom and a bathroom the size of a shower cubicle. No wardrobe in the room. There was not even room for our luggage. The bed was a lumpy mattress. The breakfast was inedible except for the grapefruit. The description of the kitchen did not say it was shared and inadequate. The description at the bottom of our booking page was just absolute rubbish.
