We had an overnight stay on our way from Belgium to Spain and it was a very nice surprise! Our room (downstairs) was big, comfortable with nice bed and bathroom - but just a little on the dark side. Ilse the owner is super friendly and her food was really delicious. The pairing wines were also very nice and with a fair price. We were lucky to have a cool couple that was staying there the same night so the night ended up being very fun with the company of the host as well, but if you don’t like to interact with other guests this is a bit tricky since dinner is on shared area.

    Ilse and Denis were the perfect hosts, and we felt immediately comfortable. Big wood burner to take the edge of a cold wintry day, and a fine gin and tonic to warm us from the inside. The whole place had a feel of home, and was utterly relaxing.
