  • Le Mas D'aigret

    Le Mas D'aigret

    Les Baux-de-Provence

Le Mas D'aigret is located a 5-minute walk from the old town of Les Baux de Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles. It offers a garden with an outdoor pool and a furnished terrace. I would give this place 12 out of 10 if I could. Such a romantic get-away for a couple. If you are lucky, you'll get a room on the 2nd floor and sitting on the terrace balcony and see everything below the valley. On a good night, you can see the lights of Marseille which is ~60 miles away! The hotel has a private path to Les Baux de Provence, a tiny hill-top picturesque village with a fortress sitting (even) on top of the rocky hill. We arrived before sun set, so the village shut down and very few tourists stayed. All stores were closed; only a couple restaurants were open. You truly feel like you have this stunning ancient village to yourself. back to hotel: the pool is heated but it felt a little cold to me at night. Gardens are beautiful and you can take a nap in a hammock under olive trees. The hotel is close to olive oil farms and vineyards so you can do your olive oil and wine tasting within 5km. This region has excellent wines: red, white or rose. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. They take great pride in this region and make you feel like they opened their home to you. The hotel does have a restaurant that looks amazing but we arrived late and it was fully booked. Overall, this clean and comfortable 'mas' along with the staff and surrounding nature calms your soul and replenish your being before you head to the next adventure. I would go back again and again just for that experience.

  • Mas de l'Oulivié

    Mas de l'Oulivié

    Les Baux-de-Provence

Surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, in the heart of a garden perfumed with lavender and rosemary, Mas de l'Oulivié is an old Provençal house with its terracotta tiled roof. Everything. But the willingness and friendliness of the staff to accommodate our ever changing activities due to inclement weather were extraordinary. They all contributed to make our stay one of our best memories

  • Benvengudo

    Les Baux-de-Provence

Benvengudo is a former traditional Provencal house that has been restored as an elegant hotel with chic interior design, and modern rooms. It is located in picturesque Les Baux-de-Provence. The property location and its facilities are absolutely beautiful. I will definitely come back. I visited with my dog who loved the property as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent and the dinner at the restaurant is a must try. It’a a fine dining place, not cheap but worth it.

  • Baumanière - Les Baux de Provence

Baumanière - Les Baux de Provence

    Les Baux-de-Provence

Located in Provence and the Alpilles region, Baumanière - Les Baux de Provence offers 54 guest rooms split between 5 buildings within a 20 hectare plot. We stayed at the Baumaniere for several days for our Honeymoon. We were blown away by our entire experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by high hills and rocks, beautiful vineyards, and olive orchards. The grounds are spectacular- gardens, paths, and terraces to explore, relax in, and eat in. Our room was in the Manor house and came with its own private terrace where we ate breakfast most mornings and dinner one evening. The room was clean and we received both a morning cleaning plus an evening turn-down service. The staff was always extremely accommodating and willing to offer advice. We ate at both restaurants and would classify them as dining experiences rather than just a meal. The food is remarkably prepared, and each course is some of the finest food we have ever tasted. While we were there, we enjoyed the garden pools most days, spent a morning at the spa, played tennis and went for a hike, and ventured up on foot to Les Baux des Provence and toured the medieval castle ruins. We had a luxurious stay and cannot wait to return!
