The beach is fab very stoney need to bring beach shoes , and may to lay on . I not normally fab of beach as get all sandy prefer pool . But I loved this beach and the sea so clear and blue , loved swimming in the sea . Beautiful place we were only here for 3 nights , went to Monaco for evening as was on my bucket list! But lots of other places to go near so would go back and see other places near . We went to the new and the old town , we got Taxi to our hotel , but got TRAM back to airport as was only 1.70€ so cheap and quick , we also used the electric bikes which were fab for getting about lots to do , loveky shops, markets , fab food and ice cream !! Nice is beautiful! My family and I enjoyed our time spent in Nice and staying in this apartment was perfect! Our host were absolutely amazing family, and we are grateful that we were able to stay there. The apartment is very clean and spacious and is located in a perfect neighborhood. Everything you need and want are in close proximity to the apartment. They also maintained the integrity of the character of apartment, which made us feel like we were part of the Nice residents. Nice is a lively city with a fast pace, the city is full of good restaurants and fun beaches. It is very worth visiting the old town of Nice, especially in the evening. As a recommendation, it is better to get around by tram, but if you have a car, plan the parking very well. We stayed in Old Town, Nice, a great location which allowed us to walk through the Old Town shops and restaurants, walk to the different attractions in the area, and either enjoy the beach or walk along the promenade. There were so many restaurants in Old Town that you would never run out of options. Castle Hill, the pedestrian promenade along the sea, the Opera, and the pop up shops to Old Town were all highlights. We took day tours to Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez and the surrounding area. We also did walking tours of Old Town and Castle Hill. All the tours were great and the meeting points were all walking distance if you stay in Old Town. For places beyond Old Town such as the various Art Museums we took Uber which was very convenient. Overall, Nice is a great hub for exploring the French Rivera!Guest review byRonUnited States - 8.0
