Beautiful city. Rocky beaches. Awesome beach clubs (we did Castel Plage). Delicious food. More cafes than you can shake a stick at! Went in mid-July and the weather was just absolutely perfect! Blue sky and azure waters. No rain except one small drizzle. Walked beaucoup, took the tram, Ubers, and the ZOU! regional train. Visited Monaco, Cannes, and the nearby mountaintop medieval village of Eze. Stayed 8 full days and loved every minute of it. So relaxing. Great city that is central to the beautiful French Riviera. Cultural history. Easy travel options. Great food and drink. We loved it. We extended our plans to go to Eze, Monaco, Monte Carlo, and Antibes but we could have easily continued to more local destinations. There is an Aldi down the road, and a few pizza places on the same street, which are cheaper than the ones you would find in the centre. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach (feels like 5 minutes).
