Lesley and John were brilliant hosts. They were welcoming and enjoyed chatting with them. They especially assisted us getting an early breakfast on the way to The Open Golf.
The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Lovely, quiet location set back off the road but great for walking to local places to eat.
Boasting river views, Queen Mary's Chamber offers accommodation with a balcony, around 37 km from EICC. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.
We had a very nice time in B and B nr 4 . The bed slept very well. The bathroom was big and only for us. Tip: if you have time go to the puppet theater. It is beautiful just as the Museum. And for a nice dinner we recommend The Crown.

A lovely town surrounded by beautiful countryside - a bit like stepping back in time - One gets a feeling little has changed over the years - Some wonderful surprises however as there is a new cafe on the high street - fabulous food and ambience - delicious coffee - Lack of a proper sign would have you walk by if you're not paying attention! An exceptional bookshop and some wonderful craft shops are worth checking out - including a very interesting gallery/ clothes shop full of colourful murals and state of the art crafts and cards. A good mix of old and new!

Lovely wee town, plenty places to eat, have coffee or a drink and we went a lovely walk down past the pharmacy and past the schools, takes you down past the golf course to a little boating pond you can walk around and come back the other side of the golf course. Recommended to us by the guy in the Elphenstone Hotel.

We were quite late arriving but we were still welcomed and shown to our lovely, bright, large room. There was a fridge with milk and water in, which for me was great as I dislike the little pods of milk. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits too. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Crown pub was a cosy place for a drink.

A lovely little gem.
A lovely little gem. Lots of interesting shops cafes bars and restaurants. Great views to the surrounding hills. The Bigger and Clydesdale museum is well worth a visit. We spent a lot of time in there. Particularly liked the old street and there is lots of information on the origins and history of the town. The Cross Keys was full of friendly locals and a lovely friendly barmaid and the food was good in the Elphinstone and the Barony. Highly recommend a visit to Biggar.
Great location with free parking and Biggar high street a one minute walk away. Friendly host looked after all your needs. Would definately recommend staying if you are visiting the area. Good value stay.
This was a charming little pub/hotel in Biggar - a charming town in its own right. We were warmly welcomed and the room was absolutely fine. The breakfast was traditional and good.
