Excellent hotel, perfectly placed for visiting Liverpool and exploring the sights. It is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, if you are at a concert and it is a late finish, this hotel is ideal for you. Beds are very comfortable, choice of pillows, lovely bathroom products in individual bottles, and good quality Breakfast is continental, £10, plenty of fresh fruit, cereal yogurts, fresh pastries and unlimited tea or coffee.. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. The hop on hop off bus stops outside. The staff are very helpful. Definitely a place to stay.

We have family in Litherland and always want to look around...

We have family in Litherland and always want to look around the docks , we’ve seen the improvements over the years, never enough time for us there’s so much to see and do at the docks and town I general can’t wait to see the Tate Modern when it opens and we will be back for that and probably bring a grandchild or two. We have also been on Crosby beach and the Nature retreat that should be a must for all families it’s great and a real surprise.

The number one reason that made every part of this hotel worth every penny is their staff. Umair the receptionist that took the meaning of hospitality to another level. I have never encountered a more attentive, helpful, respectful person that couldnt of made us feel comfortable. I cannot thank him enough for such a lovely experience.

The room was clean and cozy, like home. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The coffee with milk and cookies were delicious. The dog-friendly option was a plus. The location was great. The owner was very kind. This was my first time at this hotel, but it won't be my last. Thank you. See you soon.

A gorgeous room down a sweet street in bootle. A short cab or train to Liverpool City centre. The hosts were absolutely lovely and it felt like a real home from home! The bed was ridiculously comfortable, had great blinds so wasn't woken up by sunlight peeking through. Breakfast was very good!
