I felt very safe and taken care of. Staff friendly and nice. The location is good. Bed was very comfortable. I hope I will always get room 107 or 205. It felt spacious because I'm claustrophobic. I'm very thankful for the choice.

Was perfect location lots of shops and public transport nearby. The self check in is so good, love the key and code method.

Beautiful spotless, cozy home from home feel, Maxine the host does an exceptional job, lovely and down to earth, she clearly works hard to keep it he hotel in tip top condition. Nothing was too much trouble, the bed was beyond amazing. Warm cozy. When I come to visit my family I will never book elsewhere. Amazing honestly was blown away.

Upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful, all facilities excellent.

Everything the place was amazing the staff were exceptional so helpful made sure our stay was amazing.Towels where giving on request when we need new ones and bins where changed to. Bed was lovely and comfortable

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with its huge comfy bed and great arrangement. One night we also had a cocktail at the Skybar and the view was amazing 😍

Loved it. Room was super comfy (great bed), well equipped, like new. Quiet, calm, clean. Kitchen area was really useful. Metro station so close. Staff were fantastic. It will only get better too, they are making loads of improvements. Smooth check in and out. Will stay again next time I'm in Liverpool 100%..

Don’t see what all the bad reviews are about we paid £99 to be far enough away from the centre to avoid the noise but taxi was less than £15 to city centre. Rooms where adequate for the money we paid and where very clean and smelled lovely with the plug in air freshener, beds where comfy, easy access checking in and out

The staff there, Syed, was very kind, helpful and courteous.
