The property was easy to find, well located and absolutely immaculate inside. Having parking at the rear of the property was such a boon, too. Beautifully appointed studio with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. We never met our hosts, but did communicate with them via message, and they were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect stay for people visiting the Irvine area.

Easy check in and found parking right out side the door (this is public parking there is either space or not) The accommodation is next to the pub with its own keypad entrance, Great staff supper friendly and helpfull My room was very clean and tidy and had all the usual tea and coffee etc ..... Its a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower room but both where very clean with plenty of hot water and gels etc...... Great WiFi and Tv channel selection Its very close to the shops at the end of the road you have a big Asda, Taco Bell,McDonald's, KFC etc etc Value for money is amazing as every thing at Troon was £150-£200 due to the ferry to Arron this is just dead on 6 mile from the port and took exactly 20 mins to drive So at £45 for my room total bargain

    Looked nice, had a massive bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave. Rooms were fairly quiet even with other guests. Far enough away from the beach car park where it was noisy at night, but easy walking distance to the beach and shopping centre. Free parking opposite.

    Basic but clean accommodation, had all the facilities it needed in the kitchen. Towels and bed linen were nice and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Great location close to Irvine town centre and near enough to the harbour. On street parking was plentiful. Good communication from staff for check in prior to arrival. Good strong wifi which was useful as was travelling for work.

    Very clean, stylish, comfortable. Great location with numerous free parking spaces. Great value for money. It may seem antisocial but it's preferable to not have to check in and wait for a physical person, especially after you've travelled a long way. It's much more efficient.
