The room was perfectly clean, the check in was super easy and seems like it would be at any time of day/night. The location is really nice. I took short bus ride from Heathrow and then a lovely little walk through green laden footpaths and parks. Local shops are right around the corner for your immediate needs, as well as a couple of pubs with gardens, and it was easy to get to the busier high streets with plenty more options.

Superb stay. Everything was neat and tidy. Had a great time.

I missed the flight and needed to stay overnight somewhere near the airport. The hotel was super good! My room was big and comfortable. I slept very good. There are 2 restaurant just at the corner - Thai and Italian.

Really convenient to Heathrow, really friendly staff, good solid menu, value for money room, fun transport in the PODs, decent breakfast, warm room.

I loved the location. I've had a place to eat when i got there late in the evening, also a place from where i could get drinks at that time and a place from where i could get breakfast and coffee early in the morning. I chose this accomodation because it was close to the airport and it is really close. I'd happily choose it again if i needed it. Oh and you can take a bus to the airport, the bus stop is also close and they come very often. Don't need to wait alot for one. The trip is a bit over 5 minutes.

Spa was nice, was very quiet so we had it to ourselves pretty much which was good, wouldn’t of liked it if it was busy would of felt small

Breakfast was wonderful. We had some issues with our booked ride to Heathrow - arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Reception staff were incredibly helpful in arranging another ride for us. We are so grateful.

Comfortable bed, quiet, good shower and good sized room. Also, nice restaurant, coffee shop and shuttle bus to /from T5.

The best experience we had during our stay was at the reception. We were traveling with a few kids, and there was an issue with our room that initially caused us some concern. However, the receptionist, Milfa, went above and beyond to address our needs promptly and efficiently, sorting everything out in no time. Her professionalism and quick response were a huge relief and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to her efforts, the rest of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Milfa for her outstanding service, which truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.

Hotel was very clean. Wash rooms like new. Breakfast was very economical. We ordered food and room service guy served at door and unfortunately my son drop the drinks after close the door but still they serve the cokes free of cost.

Nice and simple room. Easy to check in and perfect for a one stop stay before heading to the airport as the bus stop is just outside the door.

Everything. The room is spacious. Kitchen is the highlight.

It was a quiet location and close to London transport links and the airport. The bed was very comfortable and shower, toilet bath amenities were very good. Great price for the location as well.
