An absolutely beautiful cottage and one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast and dinner were both exceptional, with high-quality food and excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The surroundings are stunning, with wonderful walking trails, beautiful gardens, and perfect spots to enjoy the sunset. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace with a chilled glass of wine on a warm summer evening. The room was charming and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the whole property felt peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It is a great base for south west Pembs.

It is a great base for south west Pembs. Close to the lovely Saundersfoot and beaches. The Hwb is brilliant for food and craft beers. The Angel welcoming and a good pint. The town is fab for shopping, the Bazaar is a great place for antiques. Great deli, silver shop and other stores. It really covers everything you could want.

We have always driven through Narberth and never stopped, so this time I was determined to stay the night and explore. What a lovely little town. So many gorgeous independent shops, - I was tempted by a few items but just a bit pricey for me! Great butchers so bought a few items for my onward travels. Lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants - I ate at the Angel and it didn't disappoint, though was spoilt for choice for other eateries really. Will persuade my hubby to come with me next time and stay over again on our way down to the coast. Having said that, actually Narberth is a destination in its own right for a few days.

I stayed at The Star which does not serve breakfast.

I stayed at The Star which does not serve breakfast. The neighbouring cafe was closed until September (incredible for a tourist town). The first cafe I found was very expensive (£16 for a very small breakfast). The Angel serves a good breakfast but doesn't start until 9:30. Thanks to Kathryn at The Star I found Stopio cafe a short walk away which opens at 8 am and serves an excellent breakfast. I was staying in Narberth to volunteer at the Eisteddfod Genedlaethol y Garreg Las with YesCymru. I didn't have time to visit any of the 'Popular Places' in Narbeth.

I love Narberth and have done since 2005 when my mum and her...

I love Narberth and have done since 2005 when my mum and her partner bought a caravan on Brookside. They had to give it up in 2018 and then after my mum passed I bought a caravan on Brookside as it is my haven. The village has everything you could wish for and close to Tenby and Saundersfoot which are beautiful places to visit or stay.

Narberth is a special little town with everything you need...

Narberth is a special little town with everything you need for a short break. Some unique independent shops with lovely helpful friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat no fast food a plus!! We enjoyed our Sunday lunch at the Angel and our meals at the Italian Get Stuffed and pizza at Top Joes.

A pleasant little town with a range of places to eat.

A pleasant little town with a range of places to eat. There were lots of interesting places to visit and walk to in the vicinity. Some towns and beaches eg, Tenby and St David’s, get very busy so it’s worth going to places where you need to walk a bit if you want a bit more space, peace and quiet. Some beautiful gardens eg, Colby and Upton Castle Gardens, and historic sites eg, Carew Castle and Tidal Mill, are well presented and definitely worth visiting. Walks around Bosherston Fish Ponds were delightful. We had an excellent boat trip to Skomer and Ramsey islands from st Justinian’s.

Staff are welcoming and highly accommodating; excellent hosts. Breakfasts offer all foods one could want and very reasonably priced. rooms are spacious with great facilities, highly comfortable bedding and well furnished. The location is excellent, lovely views and lots of lovely animals and wildlife. The nearby town of Narberth is lovely and the station is only a stone’s throw away. Would very highly recommended, me and my partner absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful location and great base to explore the West Wales Coast from. Accommodation was lovely and the area we were in was very private. We had great weather so it was lovely to be able to bbq and spend evenings outdoors. Having our own kitchen, shower and toilet facilities was great, especially being first time glampers.
