Bed was comfy , room was clean . Able to make tea and coffee and more provided at reception if needed . Reception lady very friendly and helpful, hot shower in the morning

Breakfast was a complete shambles.....nit enough tabkes for the guests, poor choice and linited availability
Was given keys to a room that was still occupied.
Went to speak to manager who said it was a computer glitch. Gave me keys to a different room on a different floor....this again was occupied!
I went down again and they sent 2 staff members to check to make dure 3rd room was actually available.
Thats a massive breach of thosr other guests security...i could have taken anything!
Did not give me confidence that my own room would be secure so i kept my things in my car
