It's a small and clean studio, we communicate on the messenger so the lady was waiting me on my arrival.. Everything works. Hot water, wifi.( Aun sometimes was slow). Not noisy place. because it's outside of the main road. So, good for sleep. I feel safe to stay there because in the house close to this one living people who managed it. And always possible to ask something.

The hotel is super waw, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable & the breakfast is so yummy. Big thanks for all these amazing guys who welcomed me & gave me all the tips i need it as a first time solo traveler to Batumi Mr. Shota, Nika, Lizi, Levani, Lizi. Big thanks all, i can feel we are family and at my home in Batumi

the location is the most convenient thing about this hotel , the staff is very friendly and helpful Nino ❤️ Mariam , the two Nikas ☺️and everyone else who unfortunately I can’t remember their names 😌. the rooms are clean and spacious. the facilities were handy . all in all it was an excellent stay I would definitely recommend this hotel for whoever wants calm enjoyable stay.

The staff David and George were the most helpful staff I ever seen. Breakfast 10 out of 10 and the location is close to everything a few minutes from the water few minutes from the cable card easy place to take a taxi to anywhere very clean room and all the staffs were helpful answering any questions we had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Batumi.

An unexpected four-storey courtyard hidden behind a two-storey façade in old Batumi, with smart modem design using lots of black metal. Everything is sturdy, new and spotless. We had three rooms, all with efficient conditioning and quality mattresses. We enjoyed evenings in the courtyard or in the gallery by our rooms. The staff was helpful and spoke English.
