The highlight of this hotel is the service. The service I received from the all-female staff was exceptional. The genuine effort to answer any question and solve any problem anytime was always accompanied by a warm and welcoming smile. They always did way beyond my expectation. Incredible!!!

We had a difficult travel day (rental car agency called us and wanted the car back 2 hours earlier than originally planned, due to Carnival street closures) and our host let us check in earlier than we originally planned. It was a hot day and when we stepped inside the entire building truly felt like an Oasis due to nice decor. The apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed and bedroom were comfortable, with air conditioning. Bathroom and shower were spotless and have 2 sinks. The porch had a hot tub, chairs, shade canopy, and lovely plants everywhere. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, including the ferry, which we took the next day. As an added bonus, the Carnival parades were just a block away! So cool to see them! We loved staying and wish it could have been longer.

Huguette the host was so gracious and friendly! She made sure everything was communicated clearly before arrival, and even though I know very little French, she went the extra mile and translated all for me using Google translate etc. The apartment is huge and modern!! Huguette even thought of little touches like adding a bottle of water and juice in the fridge and also placing a fruit basket. Truly an amazing find and only wish I was able to stay longer!

    Have stayed here before, about 10 days ago and twice about two years ago. Easy access to ferry terminal, host can arrange transport to there and to airport, and good base for exploring Pointe-a-Pitre. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room, excellent WiFi, showers, and laundry facilities. Kitchen opens to balcony with view over part of town and to sea, and to spacious sitting area. Have met interesting people each time I have come. Coffee, cereal, bread for making toast, milk and juice in fridge, available any time.

    I just want to let you guys that I was defrauded because no room was offered on my getting there at the hotel I was told that it was cancelled which was strange because you guy sent me a confirmation email I was thrown out of the hotel without any support of any other hotel left on my own in danger on the street of Guadeloupe all I need now is a full refund of every penny taken out of my account please 🙏

    The hotel has been beautifully restored. Our room had a lovely patio where we could sit and relax. The best assets of the hotel are the staff who were just fantastic. It was like we were house guests. In addition the breakfasts were great , as were the cocktails at the rooftop bar.

    The room itself is ok and possibly a very fair offer in this area. Unfortunately Pointe-a-Pitre downtown is not the perfect spot to be and walking after dark was not the most comfortable. Still the room looks safe and quiet, no issue here.
