I’d recommend staying closer to Adamantas or in a villa up on the hill (10-20mins walking distance) as opposed to Apollonia. Perfect size village, plenty of restaurants, shops, beaches and little grocery stores. I had a catamaran day around the island. So happy I did this. Trinity Yachting was top notch, breakfast, lunch and stops to swim. I also rented a car to tour around to all little villages. Another must do! Klima, Mandrakia, Pollonia, Sarakiniko beach and Plaka were so amazing. Easy to navigate, just a map, no GPS. The sunset at Plaka was amazing. I will definitely be back. Best times to visit are in May or Sept-Oct. I hear it gets very busy in high season. I visited in May and it was perfect!Guest review byJoanne - 10.0
Lovely small town.

We planned on 2 days for our visit and ended up with 3 due to bad weather and ferry delays. We made the most of the days we had. 2-3 days would be ideal if you explore like we do. We drove the entire island, hit many beaches and found the right vibe for chilling at Firaplaka. We only stopped briefly at Pollonia and would have liked to stay longer or perhaps one night.
