Everything was great, just a dream vacation, service is top, food is super delicious and you can see how the food is being cooked. Although there are many people, they renew the food every time, sometimes you have to wait a little but this didn’t bother me. Location is near the beach, water is transparent and warm (second week of September). Service is super friendly and there are atmosphere of respect everywhere. We will definitely come back next year with the whole of our family. PS, live music in the evening is great, especially Trio Shakers. Hvala i doviđenja, vidimo se sljedeće godine.

Very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. We were also close to restaurants and stores. The host is exceptional! She greeted us upon arrival, and we had a very nice stay. I highly recommend it.

A large family camping resort with campground, mobile homes and glamping tents. A nice water park at the premises for the little ones (not all pools were available due to end of season and poor weather during our stay). A very long shoreline (mostly concrete/pebble) to walk and swim (3km or so), sandy beach in the middle. Good facilities, with multiple restaurants, shops and grocery stores available. Everything is super clean. Decent entertainment program for the kids. Sports facilities. Pine forest. Nearby Porec and multiple adventure/water sports sites.

    The hosts has been kindly, friendly, helpfully but respectfully. The room was great for us, a couple in the sixtees. We liked the quietness and tranquility of the location and the area. We liked the extensious walkings in the nature around, fields, little woods and on the seaside. Porec, Novigrad and Umag were nearby and in a few minutes to reach by car. There were not so many restaurants open in the village, but the two ones we visited served delicous meals and best wine. We escaped from the cold and foggy weather in Austria to the sunny, clean and salty mediterranean air of Istria and wouldn't have been disappointed. There would have been worth to be visited a lot of more locations nearby, if we would have had the time for it. We loved those days and will come back by occasion.

    The local bakery is nice.

    The local bakery is nice. There is a lot of nice beach near, but Lanterna (Tar's beach) is far not on the list. Rovinj, Porec and Pula is near. Rovinj is the most beautifull city. Tar is mostly a "just sleep town", you need to travel to the near beaches.

    Lovely apartments located in the heart of the peaceful village of Tar. The owner is very friendly and always willing to help. The location is ideal—close to beautiful beaches, yet in a quiet area with plenty of great restaurants nearby. This has become our favorite place in Istria! The apartments are pet-friendly, but make sure to inform the owner in advance, as some rooms are reserved for guests with pet allergies.

    Just spend a week here and everything was more then fine. The place was recently refurbished so everything inside is new. Plenty of space. Private front yard with a huge terrace and parking. A few minutes walk to centre of Tar, a small traditional Istrian village. The host is great and ready to help. We'll be coming back.

    Our host was there when we arrived and had water and watermelon for the hot day. She told us some nice beaches nearby to visit. We had a wonderful apartment where we could relax and the location was quite nice to either walk to dinner or drive to a nearby town.
