We loved our stay here. We stayed for a whole week and it was amazing - the bungalows are very pretty, a good sized bedroom upstairs and a nice living room/ kitchenette and bathroom downstairs. The shared pool outside is great too and very pretty and there’s also a shared lounge area. We also loved the location - super accessible to anything around Uluwatu. The owners are some Spanish guys who are very sweet and there’s also a cleaning team that came everyday, which was awesome.

Clean, beautiful villas with warm and welcoming staff. They make you feel at home, and looked after.

Everything. Villa has everything for living, staff very helpful, pool was amazing. If you like privacy and avoid crowded area this is the perfect place. We also requested flower decoration on the pool for my wife’s birthday and they made it perfectly.

Calm, peaceful, and meditating. Rice field in front of the reception area, river passing through the resort, and waterfalls sound all around you was amazing. Staff are cheerful, welcoming, and supportive to make your stay joyable. Resturant food is super delicious. It is looking over the river while some rafters pass by. Don't miss the SPA it is imaginory as they do it next to the river while on the other side, you hear the sound of the waterfall. Our original booking was a quick short trip, and we ended up extending our stay in the resort Thank you for the unforgettable moments Just to note that it is 15 minutes by motorbike to get to the center of Ubud. If needed, use Grab to commute. It is very affordable.

The location is good .. quite and good for relaxing , the staff are friendly and helpful

The staff were very accommodating, kind, and eager to make each day the best possible. They always had a smile on their face and were flexible with requests. The breakfast was delicious. We loved being a little outside the main city as it was much quieter and you could hear more nature. It allowed us to experience the calmer side of Ubud. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly be back at our next visit!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. When we had some initial issues with our room, the staff went above and beyond in fixing them and making us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing and perfectly located in Ubud, the restaurant has great breakfast and dinning (we always had breakfast and dinner there as the food was so good), but the very best thing about the hotel is the kind and extremely competent staff (special mention to Adi and Gusti who are just incredible people). Loved the easy communication through whatsapp.

Eco lodge with beautiful path in a very quiet location

Everything about the place is good . room service and restaurant was the best . had a great experience with my family . Very quiet and comfortable stay

The staff were very hospitable and kind

Thank you, Fivelement staff. Everything was beyond good. This place should be renamed to Heaven. You will dive into kindness, spirituality, nature, health. Honestly, don't think twice, just do it, says someone who is picky. I will go back one day. Remember not to skip the complimentary yoga sessions every morning before breakfast.

I came here for my honeymoon and we as a couple were completely blown away. From the property itself to the incredible staff onsite. The villa is private, clean and offers a mini-getaway. We easily spent an entire day relaxing in the private pool and ordered food on GoJek for easy delivery. The staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. Any questions and requests were swiftly answered. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend the Indonesian breakfast! Special thank you to Ngurah, Cintya, Ima and Eka. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family and when we come back to Bali, will definitely be looking to book our stay here again! Highly highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and truly enjoyed everything about it. The privacy, spaciousness, and facilities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. We especially loved the bathroom, which felt like being in the middle of a jungle beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a question or an issue, they responded quickly and helped us resolve it. We also used the laundry service, and everything came back clean, neatly ironed, and well packaged. The location is about 15 minutes from the centre of Ubud. It is slightly secluded, which makes it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good, although a little more variety would be appreciated.

The rooms were exactly as pictured on Booking.com. The breakfast options were limited, but that was no problem because we loved everything we tried. Coffee, fruit, eggs with toast, banana pancakes… Our rooms were clean and made up each day. Pool towels provided. The open air bathrooms were of particular interest (there are a few bugs and ants, but they did not bother us). We had mosquito netting over the bed, but did not see or hear very many, even though it was the rainy season. Our air conditioning worked fine. The highlights of our 1 week stay (two couples): THE VIEW!!! Comfortable beds left us well rested The “river’s song”, it is so relaxing to listen to the river as it meanders below The way the rooms seemed to be grouped into sections. We had a dining & living room plus a pool (separate from our rooms) that overlooked the river, and was not shared by all guests. Not sure how this works for other others. Did we mention THE VIEW!!! And the staff: Gusti who reached out shortly after our booking, and arranged our transportation as well as activities. August who picked us up at the airport (after a much delayed flight), and who happily responded to our unending questions enroute to the hotel Wayan and her son Kadek, who met us upon our late arrival to assist with baggage, and who returned every morning (with a smile) to prepare our breakfast along with the ever helpful Made. Tips: Book a room WITH A BALCONY facing the river. You will not regret it! Visit the 4 Seasons Hotel for a drink. It is worth the view, particularly from the bridge, and look back up to the “RiverSong” just above “Sayan House” - a restaurant just down the street. We loved our meals there, and the amazing views of both the “Four Seasons”, and “RiverSong” Cooking classes at “Omahneka Cooking Class”. We enjoyed a great meal that we prepared ourselves under the patient instruction of Ketut. The location is walkable from RiverSong, in a beautiful family compound.
