Breakfast delivered to room was exceptional. The room was super quiet and very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the bar one night and lunch in the clubhouse the next day - both times food was superb. We also ordered cheese and ham taosties room service at 10pm and it was no trouble to the staff at all. Wonderful location just a 5 minute walk to local village with nice pub and small supermarket with everything you need. Will be staying again.

It's clean with plenty of bathrooms and offers a beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they even provide a coffee maker and bottled water. The host is absolutely lovely and kept messaging to check if we needed anything else. It's a pity we only stayed for 2 nights; if we had more time, we would have loved to stay for a week!

We were only passing through and stayed for one night.

We were only passing through and stayed for one night. It's an easy place to find your way around in. Has a number of good pubs for a drink or two and good restaurants. We had an excellent dinner at Salinas Bistro which does a mix of Middle-Eastern and Irish dishes.

Many shops and restaurants closed down.

Many shops and restaurants closed down. Unless you are traveling for the distillery experience plan to stay elsewhere. We did eat in Cush Restaurant. A bit pricy but good food. We also had a meal in the Mill Wheel Bar & Bistro, great atmosphere but my steak was just bland. Other two guests enjoyed their meals. I mentioned it and let’s say they don’t like criticism, but things never improve if feedback not given.

I have been traveling around Ireland for 20 years and I compare Midleton to Ballina Co Mayo I worked there for over 8 years for the President of Ireland Merry Robinson and Midleton reminds me a lot of this place that's why I have such a sentiment and I often come back very nice people very friendly environment Overall, I have only good experiences and positive feelings in Ireland I will definitely recommend visiting this hotel Midleton is very easy to find your way around, it's a small, cozy town

Interesting town And surrounding area is beautiful Ate a lovely meal at Rosies Bar at Aghada Met with hostility and accommodated all my needs Fantastic Farmers Market on Saturday morning Enjoyed walk at pollinators park with my dog . I thing this can be said about most Irish Towns If a woman is travelling on her own it is not easy to find a place for a late evening drink ,ice cream or coffee outside hotels Travelling alone on the continent this is never a difficulty

We stayed here for a few days to visit the distillery. We booked a tour where did they explained how the whiskey was made. How did the distillery became to what it is today and what they still make. They also explained how do you make the whiskey, what process looks like and of course, which one is the most popular. Is was really nice, you got a tour trough the old distillery and trough the new distillery.

Definitely recommend the Farmers Market and a walk up the high street exploring some of the sights off the street behind or above shops. The distillery is well worth a visit. We love visiting the sea and there are plenty of beches within easy access of Midleton. CastleMartyr resort is a lovely place to visit as has fab outdoor spaces, history, spa provision and we has a plentiful afternoon tea there. Midleton is within easy access of Cork city and a trip via train from Midleton is well worth it. East Ferry to have a drink at Murphs bar is a nice trip as is photo island.

Quite secluded location, but still within easy travelling distance from Midleton. Rooms are spacious with great character and ensuites. Rooms are supplied with tea and coffee. Mary is the consummate host. Her attention to detail with the superb breakfast that she serves up is to the highest quality. Fresh baked scones, a huge variety of cold meats, cheeses ,and condiments. Nothing is left out and the hot porridge is devine. Mary makes you feel like you are home, so welcoming, witty and just wonderful. We truly loved our stay there.

Karen is an excellent host. She has created a beautiful property with everything a guest could need. The homemade bread and jam, was a lovely touch. The house was completely spotless, the beds and linen were all comfortable. Karen facilitated a slightly early check-in for us, and made sure my colleague and I had everything we might need. We had a much nicer stay than if we'd spent the same or money in a hotel in the area.

Loved this quirky building. Wonderful hostess and an amazing continental breakfast- gorgeous meat, fish, cheeses pastries... and a fry if that's your fancy. Beds were comfortable, rooms appropriately spacious. I liked this venue very much. If I'm back in Midleton I would stay there no question. Shirt walk to train station and shops. Plenty of parking.

For us, the location was very good and very near Midleton, not being in the center. The apartment was small but very good, with very good conditions. The parking space near the apartment, inside the gates.
